Definitely Megatron's most difficult fight but he won a good feat glad to see starscream side with megatron he truly became a loyal second in command during the end of season 2 and season 3

I feel like by this time in the series Optimus was definitely more powerful than Megatron. In this battle, not only was Optimus able to keep up with Predaking in the sky, but he definitely put up a better fight on ground than Megatron did. And while yes, Megatron DID technically "win" he needed Starscreams help.

I'm pretty sure that the only cybertronian in the transformers prime universe that could go toe to toe with predaking and have a chance at victory would be grimlock because not only is his presence in that universe cannon but because he's actually fought and killed predacons before like in transformers prime rage of the dinobots when he dueled and killed another of shockwave's predacons clones named ser-ket who was just as formidable as predaking so I think that the leader of the dinobots would actually be a match for predaking no questions asked. ( I didn't include Unicron because he's the cybertronian equivalent of the devil which gave him a huge advantage over any normal cybertronian predacons included)

I don’t know what you guys are saying about Megatron winning this fight victoriously cause he was NOT in control at all here! And the only reason he had an opening was because of starscream! So I can’t really give any credit to Megatron, except for his bravery to charge head on at the most dangerous cybertronian in this show!

I love Ratchet and Predaking technically teaming up here. I'm not sure how many people realize this, but that guy who was talking to Megatron when he was attacked, he wasn't by Predaking, he was killed/knocked out by Ratchet, who then used that same comm link to contact the Autobots. I have doubts that there was any coordinated plan between Ratchet and Predaking, but there did seem to be a mutual understanding that they had a common enemy during this sequence.

TFP Megatron was, is and always will be the best version of the character. Not only was he ridiculously strong, intelligent and skilled as a fighter; but he was always on the frontlines when it came to the fighting; and went toe-to-toe with every big bot at least once.

I honestly loved the Ratchet and Predaking conversation. It gives off the “you need to understand what is happening in this dire climax” energy. Love it.

Predaking is strong if grimlock was in the show he would beat him very easily
