I use prescription glasses on daily basis and I cannot see without them. Is it okay to wear them during the Duolingo English Test? Will that lower my score in speaking session because the glasses get the reflection of the screen.

I've tried to take the test for the second time this week and I just received the same broken rules message. aparently I violated the rule number one. to look away the screen for too long. I was aware of the rule and took care to not brake it. at my first attempt I was relaxed and maybe I unintentionally broke the rule, so it could be legit. At my second attenpt I literally didn't move my neck and tryed to maintain my gaze on the screen all the time, and I'm sure I was quite successful. I'm not sure I could make it better, but despite that, my test was uncertified. I believe there was a mistake, otherwise, how could someone be able to get certified if the mere involuntary movement of eyes could invalidate your exam? I'm really mad. that was an awful experience.

Everyone must know that Duolingo administration Scammers!!! They are just by tricky ways getting money from test takers almost for double price by By deception with currency exchange! Ect they put price in USA $ 64 and when you are paying for example in Australia, they are collecting 104$ in local currency BUT ON THEIRS WEBSITE NO INFORMATION THAT PRICE INDICATED IN ISA $!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!! * the support team is fiction there, I've been writing there over 4 months, and didn't get any answers.... Don't buy this test it's robbery!!!!

Its my 4th time look away notice Duolingo is a totally scam Plz be aware I looked at the scren for the entire test but still i got look away notice. Playing with student felling. They dont know how it feels tk give the same exam again and again . For 4th time really is it a joke to you guys . And the supervisor go check your eyes man you always say that i looked away from the screen for extended period of time . Really , are you sure . Cause i am a test taker and evan i know how i was giving the test . Such a unnecessary blame . Shitttt

You looked away from the screen for an extended period of time. You must test again and look at your computer screen throughout the entire test. Its my 3 time attending the test i am sure that i looked at the screen the entire time but i always get the result uncertified I fell like duolingo is a scam How much i gave my 100% on the test its result me with unsatisfied result. I am totally sad and i have loose all my hope. Why always me . I have spend a lot of money . When will i get the result. Plz help me i cant do it anymore. Its very hard fase that i am going through.

90% of people taking the test are students, and they use headphone+mic combo ... this is retarded!

I hate Duolingo , bad classes, bad pronunciation in classes with robotic pronunciation, bad translation in classes. And now these 2 women speaking too fast, like they do not care who the clients for Duolingo are: clients are not native English speakers, I mean if I were able to follow and understand at normal speed what these 2 women are saying, I swear I wouldn't have to come and watch anything about Duolingo.😮

Always my test was uncertified because of my speaking test. I am so frustrated i don't know what to do. I gave my best while giving the test but also they uncertified my exam.Why doing this? At least you have to give low score instead saying uncertified or invalid.
