150 days clean

Since I have a mental disability (hydrocephalus, which is the medical term for "water on the brain"), I'm part of the group that's at risk for being SA'ed. It happened to me when I was a young woman in my late teens and early 20s by the man who had been my stepfather (I'm 47 now, and since then, my mom and stepdad have divorced--which, as far as I know had nothing to do with what he'd done to me). I've been married for almost 21 years, and sometimes, when my husband wants to "do it", I'm typically not in the mood. Also, when the doctor does the pap smear every three years, it hurts, and makes me wish I could be knocked out for the procedure.

rn my dissociation is the only thing that keeps me sane. my life is in shambles, but it has an unintended effect. i don tfeel right. like, ever. i read tons of fanfiction and I become the character for a while.

I relapsed literally 5 minutes before I saw this, I feel like shit, but this makes it a little better

12 days clean! Watched to try and prevent a relapse

I would, without a doubt, go on a date to the cute gazebo with this sweetheart! Especially after a sweet confession ( or reverse confession lol), this thoughtful, charming character deserves it! You made him so approachable, like someone that the listener's character could spend every day with! HELP

I used to live with my older sister and her husband, just to finish high school, while my mom and dad travled around a bit trying to find a stable home. I hated living with my sister. My sister would often pick fights with me, and i didn't even know what i did wrong, and she was convinced that she was right that i did do something wrong, when i didn't, i was so very confused. I was very depressed there. And on top of that, her husband was a complete asshole to me. Sorry for swearing, but if you met her husband, you'd agree with me. He'd take off my glasses, wich i have poor eye sight without my glasses, and he put spit on them, then put them back on my face without whipping his disgusting spit off. I'm also a germaphobe, that's probably why he did it. I don't know. After I'd wash my glasses with soap and water, I'd try my best to stay away from him. But one time, i accidentally swore cause i accidentally ripped a page of my sister's book I was reading, and her husband heard me curse. It wasn't even that bad of a swear word. All i said was "damn it," and quietly. I don't know how he heard me. But when he did, he made me put a bar of soap in my mouth. He was treating me like a freaking five year old who didn't know how to control their behavior!😡 My sister saw tho what was going on, and he even tried to take away my phone. But my sister didn't let him do that, and took the bar of soap out of my mouth, and had me rinse out the taste, she even comforted me a bit. Even tho me and my sister fight horrible fights, she's still my sister, and we still of course love each other, and with a bit of a long space, our relationship is starting to reconnect and heal. But. i. will. never. Ever. be friends with her husband. He's mean, and a bully. I'm safe now tho, and in a stable home with loving parents who treat me right, and i even have an emotional support animal. Thing's couldn't have been going better latley, ever since i was taken away from that living situation. Sorry that this was a bit long, i just needed to vent a little bit. You sound very sweet😊❤️❤️❤️

I was angry at my dad because he put a AC in my room that leaks and i was away for a bit and when i came back my whole room was soaked my phone charger was soaked so i can't charge me phone and I'm so mad that i want to break thinks but thankfully this helped me calm down thanks for this
