@floridasfinestproductions4651 no need to remove the entire dash simply the cover under glove box compartment and I'm definitely sure you need to change your cabin filter

I saw in your videos of dismantling and installing the front fenders that one drain hose comes out from behind the skirt under the fender next to the vacuum canister (passanger side) while on the driver's side, it's not visible at all, as if it's hidden in the sill. Both of my drains go into the sill, and I have water under the carpet. I'm wondering if it would be better to install them under the fender if i's possible.

It is not present on manual cars. I bought a new lock assembly from mercedes and put it in my car (W202, 1995, only slightly different to the one shown in the video). After I discovered that my car starts again but will not let me move the gear selector out of the parking position, I got back to the mercedes dealership. Only an older mechanic could tell me, that you need to take the parts out of the old lock assembly and put it into the new one. I did not notice it, because on my new lock the ignition switch was already premoumted. And who would tear down their new part before installing?
