ALL high end scope makers use front - or first - surface mirror. For that matter, that is the only type of mirror any scope maker should use. Period.

@@rarebookreviewer I didn't mean to offend anybody. I make kaleidoskopes and I just thought that if I was watching this video I would not get very far.
I"ve made 'scopes for years, and the info here is rather limited.
Would you be willing to make a video that is better or point me to where I could learn how to make a serious scope? All I can find is how to make children’s versions of kaleidoscopes.
