Thanks for the video. I just bought the Aircross S, and when I balance the gimbal while off, it seems balanced, but when I turn it on, my level is off 3 degrees. Is this likely a calibration problem? Do you know if the process you laid out in this video works with the Aircross S model? Thank you

Moza air software update

I have a hard time connecting my Moza Air to the Assistant App on an Android Samsung M20 smartphone. I activate bluetooth turn on the app and hit the "search" button for Moza Air but all I get is..."No MOZA device discovered. Please make sure your device is in the valid range and unconnected" Any solutions to this?

Anyone know if you have to re -calibrate everytime you turn on the gimbal??

Good morning, I have a problem with my MOZA Air, being in the moza assistant app on my cell phone, and particularly in the gear window making adjustments, press the Auto tune option, immediately the gimbal began to vibrate a lot after a few seconds when the shaking did not stop I decided to turn off the MOZA Air. when turning on the MOZA Air again, the led light did turn on, but the motors NO LONGER RESPONDED, and when entering the cell phone APP, if it recognizes the gimbal if it is connected, it can even read the battery capacity, but when wanting enter the gear function to reset the MOZA Air to a factory point, the app closes immediately leaving me without the possibility of making adjustments to the motors, in short my gimbal does turn on but the motors are at zero, I hope you can help me. thanks!

I have checked almost every video for Moza mini MX on youtube. And no one actually tests the live broadcasting function via the app. It doesn't work for me. I'd be interested to discover if it is, in fact, a flaw in the software.

My moza air 3 keeps shuting down ramdonly, gudzen people have not answer my email i wont let me calibrate because the gimbal wont stay on long enough any idea what could be causing this?

What do you mean when you say "the middle track"? I have a Sony A6300 and I don't get how to balance it when the camera is facing up.

Hi Gimbal Guru, what to do with abnormal behavior of the gimbel. when turning on the gimbal, the pan slowly moved to the right. motion control (mimic) goes wrong, the gimbal vibrates and moves uncontrollably. I can also no longer change anything via the thumb controller: set error. I have done factory reset (how do I give the thumb controller factory reset?) And calibrated (also the thumb controller), latest firmware has been installed, gimbal: 3.1.3 and thumb controller D 2.6.0 I have been working on it for 2 days... Help :-(
