I had OCD for 3 years and it isn't washing hands or cleaning n perfectionism. Rather u get repeated intrusive thoughts 24/7 n called obsessions followed by compulsions like in my case organising in the form of maps etc then breathing thrice causing attacks of 3-4 hours and continuous awareness of thoughts coming n hyper focus on breathing n blinking. I locked myself in my room for two n half years bcz it was pure OCD. I don't wish it on Nazis n Israelis.
