You’re still just beginning. It took a long time to develop that skill. Many years of getting punched and kicked in the face. Many years. Keep showing up. Don’t stop. You’ll get there.
@@TheSurgeMMA I 100% get that and training is kinda the happiness in my day i love it and of course i will be sticking to it for many days no matter the amount of competition's fights etc i will persevere

I would love to see more of these breakdown's of different combo's and clearly it works to knock out someone like justin then again it is holloway throwing lol notice how baby george was so focused you can tell he is for sure learning all of this in his mind haha!

What about trying a few techniques in a sparring session and talking about how you set them up. Slowing down video always helps too! Glad to see the videos coming out!

In Muay Thai, it’s important to aim to be the last person to kick! Be first and be last!
