I’m Lady Uni, but I’m commonly referred to as just “Uni”! I’m 22 years old and a small content creator who mostly does art and animation, but recently started doing commentary! Getting criticism from people online is definitely something you get used to. I used to use a voice changer because I was very insecure with my voice, but people heavily encouraged me to do so, even admitting that the voice changer made the videos even worse. Eventually I gave up the voice changer and my content was better than ever. Even some of the smallest (and dumbest) critiques that people give me online I take it to heart as it allows me to improve my content. But man do I love to troll back when a dumb critique that is either just someone calling me woke or attempts to just straight up harass me.
You definitely got a point For me, I was given helpful critique by people who genuinely saw I was struggling with art and wanted to help me. All I can say is, if it wasn’t for those people, I probably wouldn’t be drawing today, and that’s what motivated me to improve despite taking years Like said, I rarely get those harsh troll-like critiques, but even then they’re brushed to the side cause a lot of these are people who do it just to troll or hate which is just the reality of having an online presence. And I usually try not to give these people the attention they’re craving for

So funfact! Back when I was 14 and read this story for the channel, someone I used to be acquainted with mistook me reading“I’m 22 years old” from the beginning of the story as me actually saying that was my age. Of course they went “wtf you're not 22!” And obviously, I wasn’t. However because of that, it gave me the idea to sort of wait 8 years just to reread and upload the reading of this story since as of now I’m 22, and officially the same age as the character in the story Hip hip hooray?
