This Raw Quartz Sand is from my Indian customer where his mine located in Kutchh, Gujarat. They are about 25-150 mesh with some larger size granules. Firstly, we need to use the ball mill machine to remove and scrub the dirty surface of the sand (called yellow skin), then go through the 26 mesh screen to get unified particle size sand, after passing through the magnet and checking with the magnetic bar, there are few iron slags inside the quartz sand slurry.
