If you've already seen this episode in its entirety, I suggest watching it again but this time, assume that Sheldon knows from the very start that Leonard is aware Priya and Leonard will attempt to have sex in Sheldon's home without his permission. The first time we watch this we assume by default that Sheldon is oblivious but realizes Leonard's betrayal of Raj over time. If you watch assuming from the first scene where Howard makes a point to say he's not interested in Priya but Leonard chooses instead to chit chat with her..? Sheldon KNOWS. He intentionally pulls out an old text based game just to be in the room until Priya arrives. He plays along as Leonard tries to sneak her into Leonard's bedroom without her noticing. Previous episodes have established that Sheldon is very keen on senses and changes inside his own home. He can hear when Leonard and Penny have sex in Leonard's room. There's no hiding what happens in Sheldon's apartment from Sheldon. Leonard is trying to get around The Roommate Agreement, and Sheldon does not enjoy anything more than POLICING the Roommate Agreement! It's much funnier if you pretend Sheldon KNOWS. And ALSO. It makes him appear even more creepy than usual. The guy's got a master's degree and two doctorates. He went to college in his preteens. The guy's not as dumb when it comes to social behavior as people think.
