Fresh build for sale - 2000 Yamaha banshee
2000 Yamaha Banshee
*No Trades.
Motor was completely gone through. All new bearings, seals, shift forks, etc. Heat cycles have been done and bike is tuned. Just needs a rider. I have plenty more build pics upon request.

Sadly this doesnt work on a normal bike where so mucj is on the handle bar already... blinkers, starter, lights etc

is there another one not so expensive? i have a lot of thumb fatigue and it always hurts my thumb when i press the throttle for so long
I’ve heard of guys using trx90 throttles. I can’t speak on any other aftermarket ones

i’ve been struggling with this problem because my thumb is in a lot of pain when i use my thumb throttle for too much time
It’s not adjustable, just a smoother/easier pull. Are you lubing your throttle cable?

Maybe you all meet me in FL ( winter ) or I meet up with you in summer ☀️ Not bragging but from 2006 I had only one intention and that is a really fast trail XC banchee. Everyone says it can not be done?
@tattedadvadirtslingers5437 I think banchees are very good trail bikes. Obviously all good quads require mods and setup but over the years I have come to realize it's all about fun

Great videos dude. 30 seconds into it that mountain view looks like the Kiamichi mountains in OK. My banchee is beat up really bad from riding the mountains. Just pulled the front end off and the motor is out. Next is the back suspension. I figure it's gonna take at least 2 months for all the parts to get here. Can't wait to get back on the banchee.

I have 4mil stock cylinders. Just ordered wisco 60 over. This is my 3rd bore from buying the bike new in 2006.
I used high temp paint on mine. Works well

I'm waiting for fireball -1 Swingarm and long travel A Arms. Already have stage 4 elka front and back from the last build I did when I bought the bike new in 2006.
@tattedadvadirtslingers5437 I took my Florida banchee out to TX, OK, AK, Missouri, Tennessee and the bike got destroyed lol. Rocks are tough on sport quads

Hey i have a question hopefully you can answer..I bought a pentora vitacci 250 missing chain and rear sprocket.Ive been having trouble finding out the size of chain and sprocket to buy..
Oh man! I would contact Vitacci. I don’t have this quad anymore so I wouldn’t be able to tell ya
Any Luck on finding out the sizes, I'm looking to upgrade and I can't find No information on the parts you mentioned anywhere online.. I need Fron/Rear Sprockets and Chain Sizes
My OEM dipstick was slightly melted and cork screwed! I've not had any problems though and replaced it with a much nicer aluminum off Amazon.

Hey, just stumbled across your CZcams channel, and was wondering where you ride. I assume your in Virginia. I'm building a banshee now, and the only place I can think to ride is Roberts track and trial.

The pentora and a few other Chinese brands is fine for a good bitta fun..... For the price and look after them...... Unless your taking it seriously and an endless amount of money buy a yam or Honda......

I have a Pentora 150, I know nothing about bikes. How often do you have to change the oil and what type of oil are you supposed to use?
every 40 hours of riding, 10w30 or 10w40 is what i use

It’s oil for the filter, which needs to be oiled to help collect dust particles as well as keeping the filter from drying out.

Mine is a monster and wants to pull wheelies even in 3rd.* It could take 2 more gears, but it's marketed for novices, and people would die on them frequently. *The only gripe I have is the tie rods are shit, and the bushings on all tie rods and ball joints are shit.* The stock headlight bulbs are trash, and the carb wants a lot of choke monkeying around until the engine is blistering hot, so my carb will get replaced sometime this summer.

FYI, the banshee actually performs better with the front end off the ground. Thanks Yamaha. 90% motor 10% looks.....fuck handling.....go to the gym bitch!!! Hahaha
Someone asked me what it was like to ride my banshee... I said it was like drilling 4 tiny wheels into some plywood, then attaching an un padded 70's banana bicycle seat, and strapping a jet engine on the back..... steering? Oh that depends on the rocks and ruts! Take me away oh God of dirt.....there is no control!

Lol stock I agree, I def had to upgrade the a arms, shocks and rear axle for it to handle much better.
