I would say most AAU teams look for one good athlete who can run the floor and score everybody else gathers around him and shoot went open but they are not teaching any fundamentals. My kid has been playing since three and everything he has learned has been from me teaching him and a lot of Aau parents. Wonder why is my kids so good it’s because we practice 3 to 4 days outside of the two practices that are required by the AAU. They need to fix this
