Hi, I am a newby from New Zealand, I am now asked to "upsize" a pair of biker chaps. The chaps are slighly too tight so can I simply add a full lenght strip on the inside leg to accommodate? This will keep the inside leg centered within the original position an also the zip will be roughly within the same position once altered? Hope you can be of assistrance. There is noby but me in my local area who does leather work. I usually make hats and make minor alteration but this one I want to do right for more future bikers locally. You are correct, named to protect from chaparral and pronounced likewise; chap·ar·ral (shăp′ə-răl′)
