Only have a couple corporate headshot client but they didn't want any backdrops they wanted more creative backgrounds...in those cases do you ever do background replacement or do you always work with what you got...I thought some of those glass could have made a nice backdrop.

This is perfectly timed as I literally got scammed by a client. As of yesterday, he is refusing to pay me, saying the videos I made are bad, even though he posted one of them as a sponsored ad on Instagram so it would have more outreach. I feel robbed by it. I'm in my final year of high school so these are low-paying jobs, and I haven't bothered to put the time into a contract because of this fact. My naiveite ended yesterday at least, but yeah 500 bucks and countless hours in the drain. I've thought about retaliating in some way with a review bomb of his shop, but that won't make things better. It hurts how every second word you said in the vid relates to this gig I just had haha. I'll be writing contracts from now on at least.....

I'm with you all the way on this when I heard that I didn't know it was such a thing. Why not do it for the client/company? The reason they picked you is because it was something they like in your previous work. They may like your style though you are on their clock til the project is done. Just put a certain amount of revisions then move on.
