+Turmeric: 1 teaspoon
+Black pepper: half a teaspoon
+Salt: 1 teaspoon
+Paprika: 1 teaspoon
+Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
+Baking powder: 1 pack
+Eggs: 2 pcs
+Butter: as much as needed
First, we cut the chicken breast into small pieces, then in a frying pan, we fry a finely chopped onion well, then add turmeric and black pepper to release the aroma of the spices, then add the chicken and fry for 5 minutes. Add chopped garlic, capsicum and mushrooms and pour lemon juice on it, then turn off the gas flame and add cheddar cheese.
Spread a sheet of yufka dough on a board and put some melted butter so that the dough remains soft and does not break, put a spoonful of the ingredients inside it and roll it.
