Today I unbox and install OzPlay Accessories' matte black PS5 faceplates. Ever since the release of the PS5 I have been wanting to change up the colour or my Playstation, but how good are the replacement shells? In an update. It appears that OzPlay Accessories have currently taken down their faceplates. Im not sure why so if I find out I will update this description.

Someone local is selling one brand new on FB Marketplace for $50. Reckon I'd be happy using it for notifications, WhatsApp, Spotify and maps?
I reckon for $50 brand new it's not a bad deal. I'm currently using a Huawei watch GT 3 and if you are able to find one of these for a good deal used or new I would recommend it over the misfit vapor. But for $50 you can't really go wrong and you can always upgrade later if you find that you like using a smartwatch.

Litteraly found this video because I was thinking the same going to do this with a cheap icloud locked iPhone 4
I had the OG misfit vapor and then the Vapor 2 and sold both cos they were both laggy as anything. Just picked up a Fossil Gen 4 Explorist HR and Diesel On Full Guard 2.5 from JB hi-fi for $50 a piece. Anything more than this price with the 512mb RAM is not worth it. At all.
I agree the oppo Watch is a solid contender but has the advantage of having 1gb of ram. Does look like an Apple watch though which has its downsides
@@hudsoncamilleri definitely with the Oppo watch and I also have a couple of gen 5 fossil with 1GB RAM as the RAM is what dictates performance along with the watch faces. Have stock diesel watch faces and they are laggy even on 1GB RAM. But otherwise serviceable Shame as fossil gen 6 and Michael Kors / Skagen, aren't being pushed at retail so I think wearOS is gonna be all Samsung the way they are going. Even if mobvoi is doing a decent job with ticwatch series
Yeah I was looking forward to the google pixel Watch but even that doesn’t look great. Think Samsung will be the main player moving forward

I know it's a year late but I see one in 35$ (I'm from Colombia and its like 140000 pesos) but still worth it?
I reckon for that price it's not a bad deal. There are certainly some issues that you could run into. But if you get lucky and everything works well then it's a good way to test wear os and see if you like it.
Looks great! I'm working on one and was wondering how you glued the parts (epoxy, superglue?)
I just used superglue and it has held up great :) even through summer heat

Nice one man, I'm also in the processing of creating one for my old Samsung Galaxy S2, it's definitely a fun process tearing down the phone, creating a template etc. Though I am going overboard and trying to label all my parts on the template.
Yeah I honestly would love to lable all the parts just don't really have the design know-how to do it properly

This honestly looks great for a DIY Project. Trying my own Grid Studio-like Frame, with my old HTC One M7. I was just wondering on what paper did you print the Background? Kinda struggling to figure out which Paper/ Material with what heaviness and thickness would be the best suited, since I have to glue the phone parts on it. Loved the video:)
Thank you :) I actually just printed it on normal printer paper, once it was stuck down to the backing of the frme it worked alright. It did suffer from some marks due to the glue seeping though which was annoying.
I got it for 100 from jbhifi aswell, it broke on me but now trying the puma watch for 69$ (Mine had the same issue about the charging and started to lag worse as time went on however was able to get 100$ back)
I got one for $60 and works fine.
That seems like a very good deal! Definitely worth it to experience wear OS
