I’m glad there’s still people who can get into the game now and enjoy it. It’s definitely difficult to get into but the only way to maintain it is for people to be friendly with new players like you.

From someone’s who’s played smite for over 7 years this was interesting to watch. You did a good job explaining the roles and learning how conquest is so complex. I started on console as well. The skill ceiling is ridiculous on PC. Still an awesome game with amazing skins.

Really cool vid, i got almost 4k hours in the game and i like playing support, try using chthullu with a hybrid build and he will feel like a warrior and its really fun becoming giant and beating everyone.

This was a really fun watch. I really enjoy teaching new players the game and the idea of working torwards a specific goal is fun. Might be joining the Kendom, atleast with an alt.

this was awesome watch been playing smite over 7 yrs and you picked it up pretty well. but entire time you were talking about hating the guardians but liking the warriors I thought why doesn't he play a guardian like a warrior in the solo I do it all the time

Ive been playing this game for over a decade. That first conquest game was a bot game btw so dont feel too bad about those other players.

I gave up on trying to get every achievement long ago due to how impossible some are, but a couple months ago I finally got every single god to diamond rank, which honestly I feel is way more satisfying.

Been playing smite for about 6ish years and the worst thing about it is there's no learning curve for new players, once you play like 20 games they throw in with people who are level 100+

The only hard one is the fire giant one, which is alot harder now than back then.

as a controller player i suggest changing your controller settings to savage plus and most abilities to quick casting. once you get use to it its a lot better to aim abilities.

Not sure if you already have the trophy or not since I’m 2 weeks late but I got the plat trophy like a year ago a tip for my three hardest trophies are: Kill fire giant before a time limit (it’s like 15 seconds after in spawns or something): play a limited time mode where you get a random god in conquest and like 100,000 gold (I forgot the name sorry) and just get your team at fire giant just before he spawns at like 10 ish minutes Kill the gold furry in a time limit: you have to do it while you’re snow balling, gaining a tiny lead early that just keeps becoming a bigger and bigger lead or same LTM as the fire giant one and kill at 5 mins Kill 5 gods with one ability: The best two to do get this one is Scylla or Achilles because their ults get a second use if you kill someone with it. Or there’s some gods that glitch it for some reason like I played as rajin and I had to hit a certain combo over and over again in an arena game and it finally counted after doing it like 7 times. this one is kinda scummy but this trophy is crazy hard anyway. Now this way doesn’t feel great but after spending enough time to get Scylla from like rank 4 to 10 I didn’t care that much

If you don't like playing tanks build full dmg and watch your enemies melt before your eyes

some of these trophies seem super easy. you should take a look at the steam achievement list. that's where it gets goofy. you literally need extreme luck and over a thousand hours, probably thousands. i'm at 260/319 and there are so many that i'm very certain will be pure luck.

Honestly, Kudos for sticking with the game in the rough first parts. I remember my first time playing this game on the Xbox with the release of Ah Puch and getting told to uninstall for how bad I was. It can be a rough time in a MOBA continuously losing and banter from teammates and enemies alike in post game lobbies can seriously dampen the experience further. For all its faults, I still hold this game close to my heart even if I take extended breaks and get frustrated with it

Yeah, Smite can be very rough to start for a person who hasn't been around since the begining because they're just so much information to absorb and a lot of the time, you won't even know what killed you. Also, for your Guardian problem, I'm surprised you didn't try out any of the aggressive guardians like Cthulhu, Jormungandr, and Cerberus as like Artio, they are guardians that are more like "magical warriors" and are usually played in the solo lane in the conquest game mode.

Ive have almost 4K hours in smite. Ican tell you if played properly gaurdians can be OP and super fun. Hope to see another video!

Love seeing new players in the game! I have over 5k hrs in SMITE and am a bit of a junky as ive hit high ranks in Joust, Duel, and Conquest. Ive got over 17k worshipers on a single god with over 70 at diamond. I have recently got 3 new players hooked on the game, so I definatly know there are other newbies out there hitting the grind with you. Best of luck to ya!

I have a lot of hours in this game and it was incredibly painful for me to watch but I'm glad that new people are actually starting to enjoy the game just like I did! The more you play the more you learn!

as someone who started smite in 2016 it took me until 2021 to get platinum on ps4 and on steam definitely only have half the achievements

There are 324 achievements on xbox. Every god that comes out gets 2 achievements tied to them. I have been playing for 8 years and I'll never 100% this game lmao

SMITE JUMP SCARE! Pushing 5k hours at this point. Been around since beta. As an old head now that ur officially in the smite community welcome, new players are always encouraged + banger video. You summee up smite so well through a new set of eyes. But also as an old head, f*ck you, ur dog water, suboptimal build, that pick wasn't meta, (etc. You get it). Excellent content brother.

Poor people who dont play smite. I have more than 4000 hours on Smite and I still love it. Old smite was better, Race mode was dumb but funny. Very good game.
