Year 10 but thinking a bit ahead. The subjects I enjoy are often essay based such as history and English, along with more creative ones like art and drama. I'm thinking of taking art, sociology and drama A-level but I'm worried that it'd limit my career options? They're quite different and I wasn't planning on taking a subject such as math or English lit/lang (but maybe history). I enjoy all 3 of them but don't know if they're too non-academic to not give a good degree or job... any suggestions..?

I have to learn the course in January as well and do it on my own as I had to change course do you have any tips with catching up

Hi, I am in first year in uni doing media production. I am thinking of changing my course ( I’m not sure what course to change) because I’m worried that I will not get a secured job, the modules we have used a lot of software (which I feel like I could learn in my free time, then learning it in uni) and I have been offered to do an exchange student program in Norway in the 1st semester (which is making my decision harder). What would advice do you have for me?

This is crazy. This same university degree in other countries don't do portfolios at all... You're lucky to have an university that makes you do a portfolio.

the way you can come on here and casually talk about your work is really brave ! I am in my third year studying advertising (but we call it art direction) in america! this video was really inspiring for me to maybe make one , there's hardly any videos of ad students portfolios

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone has any advice on the impact of not doing a design course at a level when applying for architecture at unis such as bath , I am currently battling with my college to get me onto a level graphics course but it being so late it has become a problem ! Is it worth going into all this trouble?

I am majoring in Advertising, it's not creative advertising.. we study both the creative and business sides of advertising. Basically my degree is 4 years based, first 2 years (freshman to sophomore) are creative media based and rest 2 years (senior years) are business management based.
