I Release pent up energy by getting my frequency to 432 hz by love making, while vocalizing whiny Ferrari engine and humpback🐋 whale sounds in a yuddling fashion while vibrating my throat and listening to this track. I've been falling asleep fast. If you can't sleep right away after the process above take deep breaths to full capacity and slowly say the word huff out load in a drawn out monotone or barking sound 15 time after wards. You'll instantly knock out. I no longer need sleeping pills and am relaxed all day the next day as well. I'm thinking about creating the sound effects for those serious about instant sleep and great vibes.

Why is there so much publicity? It cut off the rain sound and wake me up when I'm about to fall asleep. Other rain sounds video I've listened to are between 2h and 10h and the only publicity are at the beginning and at the end.
