This is the best way to cut them to keep the strength of the barrel. If you need a lid, cut it with a circular saw from the side and go around it. There are other videos showing how. You will lose structural integrity, but it depends what you're using it for.

We have exact the same motor. Now the gate opens after pushing twice the button in stead of 1 x. Plus after opening its bouncing backwards. What can that be. Its not the remotes. Both remotes has the same issue with this sliding gate. Is it a sensor?

Hi, Good video but easier way is to drill a small hole first and then just use your mouth to chew the top off. It's slightly chewy like Jerky but gets the job done and save on saw blades.

I got an aleko and the fuckin magnet switches are keeping me from getting paid. The gate over shoots the switch so it just goes back and forth for about 8 inches. All day back and forth 8 inches. It's supposed to move 13 feet! I'm changing them for limit switch. The magnets are too inconsistent

Rain water. Soil is dry and plants in shock. Soak with rain water they'll be fine. Maybe mulch on top to hold moisture
