    Gluten can also be dangerous in the wrong hands, but I doubt anyone would expect you to give a disclaimer if you were cooking bread. I think it goes without saying that you're not killing the neighbor's cats, but even if you were, giving a disclaimer doesn't help thwart suspicion...lol.

    Dude string wax and Rail Lube are 2 different products that do 2 different thing's. String wax is sticky to stick your string threads together so the string don't come apart. Rail Lube is for the rail,...to lubricate the rail and stop friction wear on the serving thread. When I couldn't string mine I used Paracord and a cars bumper jack,...click, click, click done. I put a pair of old blue jeans in a pizza box and tape it up and put a squirrel target on it and shoot it in my house. They are very accurate. I used field points bamboo and plactic vanes to make 12'' projectiles.( bamboo for tomato stake's or bamboo landscape stakes from a home improvement store like Lowes or Home Depot diameters of 19/64 to 23/64) I just trimmed the vanes down to the width of the front sight. They really shoot hard. With that device you could take Squirrels or rabbits easily,.....A pellet gun could too. The problem with both is they are only effective at one range,.........the distance you sighted it in for.

    Use the Opinel knock. Fold the knife. Hold the metal collar and knock the end of the knife on your table. Now the blade is open enough for you to pull it open.

  • @uollagel
    @uollagel Před měsícem

    l'Opinel est toujours dur à ouvrir pour des raison de sécurité. La lame reste bien dans le manche en toutes circonstances (si ce n'est plus le cas il faut l'ouvrir et le resserrer. Ce que vous sembler ignorer c'est qu'un Opinel s'ouvre en le frappant. Vous le tenez entre le pouce et l'index coté de la virole et vous frappez l'excroissance du manche à l'opposé sur n'importe quoi d'un peu dur ou même le talon de votre chaussure ... et la lame sort suffisamment de façon à pourvoir l'ouvrir facilement. 3:30 czcams.com/video/d26rZStWtTQ/video.html

    Hi, I noticed you push the Bolt in real fast ,,, When I switched over to the steel breach, my pellet would get stuck before it goes into the chamber, does your steel breach give you that problem? It seems to get stuck on top of the screw ,that you said that you switched yours to an Allen head screw

      They do but the wood naturally swells up with moisture. If they cut out more material then the blade would be loose and sloppy. Best to soak or boil the handle in walnut oil from the supermarket Danish oil,Linseed oil, or similar.

    It surprises me how many people do not consider using the nail file perpendicular to the tool. When you do that, the bottle opener and the keyring isnt in the way at all. Of course, you should still have the phillips driver fully deployed for rigidity.

    But ... why easier is needed? Why don't just open that knife the way it was supposed to be opened (or how the French peasants opened it) - tap the very bottom of the knife on a hard surface with the whole blade back pointing down, while holding it on the metal part and the blade will show up enough to open it easily.

    I have a crosman 1322 pistol..all original excpet for 14.5 inch barrel .Is it possible to get this pistol to shoot around 600 FPS { with 12.9 Gr lead pellets} with only 12 pumps or less , by only doing a transfer port mod and a air valve mod ? I assume that taking material out of the air valve, will not meet my goal, because that would result in having to pump the pistol more then 12 times ?

    Hi Jamie, graphs and tables are not at all boring! Very useful video, thank you. I've been looking at the 1377 as an SHTF bag addition but was put off when I learned that the UK version was underpowered. Seeing 5.9 on your chart reignited my interest and the upgrade will be an interesting project. GMAC seem to have gone into liquidation. Where would you get your parts from now please. More thanks, James.

    that locking button for cocking your crossbow is plastic I make strings for this one and my 175 pound soooo i change them to see how they fit. I broke that lever or button. sooo as I make my own strings and jigs for making strings I have a mettle working background casting would have been easier but I'm living in a rental and no place to strike up a smelter I could make out of a mettle coffee cand and a propane torch and fire clay so I had to use a grinder to make the new part works great. I do love this little crossbow. I use the same rail lube I use on my 175. its a Teflon silicon mix. looks like they don't sell it any more so I'll be making my own so far have over 200 shots on one string I made. braded fishing line is made of the same stuff as my bow string material UHMWPE punch that in a browser Dyna 97 is bow string material I use but the braided fishing line 100 pound test works the best been using reaction tackle and Hercules. your string is 7 1/2 at 16 strands. its big enough around compared to "bow string materiel" at 18 strands. happy shooting.

    My ~85yo Webley Junior (steel grips) was rebuilt about 40 years ago my me. Family heirloom. Recently serviced, rubber breech seal replaced, puller replaced, oiled and greased. Pay particular attention to the thin leather skirt on the piston, it can get folded back. Average with 0.53 gram, 362fps = 2.4-ft.lb, fps ex.spread all over the place 19fps with gross outliers excluded. Gloriously inaccurate. You're struggling to cock it - hold the barrel up against your right shoulder with your left hand and pull the grip down with your right, something like you might use a hammer. A "Yankee" (tm) screwdriver has a ratchet drive, some have interchangeable bits, some have an Archimedes screw (spiral shaft) pump action.

    I have a 1322 and was wondering whether the piston diameter was the same in the 1377 as in mine. If the bore were larger, could the barrels be swapped for a probable increase in velocity without the shorter (I have been dubiously informed), life expectancy of the piston swap?
