I've tried the glycerin method and was extremely disappointed, too. I wanted to retain the colors of the beautiful leaves I found, but the glycerin ruined them (the color, that is). I viewed a video before yours where a lady actually used modge podge to preserve leaves last fall. I asked if the leaves had faded by now, and she said they hadn't. She applied full strength modge podge directly from the bottle to the leaves with a paint brush. Pryor to that she'd flattened them in a book, but IMO, that part could be skipped or done after applying the modge podge. It seems using a microwave to remove the moisture would make the leaf brittle. Did you find that to be the case?

Nice Video. If I use microwave method how long the leaves will last?

P,s using the wax paper use note paper on top of the wax paper if you don't you will get wax on your iron

If you will take wax paper and use hot iron to melt the wax from the paper to the leaves then press for a few day you can keep them for a long time great vedio

Nice video. Good explaining. One suggestion would be to try to keep your hands from flapping and waving all the time. I found it very distracting.

you are dropping your voice so that most of what you are saying is muddled. volume goes up and down and never consistent and makes it very difficult to understand what you are saying.
