I'm done with wow retail. Too much going on. Too many currencies, buttons, tabs, portals... It's a mess. I still play classic tho... But they are very lazy with classic content.

My biggest worry like I had with Dragonflight was everything feeling so tedious and hope there is less of that in WW

Vault comes out before first reset on the 26th (global launch) u can see it says "heroic dungeon" in the requirement for the vault. This is why early access is p2w because anyone starting on the Monday 26th, is very unlikley to have time to level up and complete 8 heroics before the first reset for the weekly vault reward. i dont see anyone talking about this, maybe im wrong but thats my understanding

Idk if this quest is bugged or they removed it entirely. When I got my night elf the quest to get this heritage armor was nowhere to be found. So what I did was the requirements to get the Amirdrassil heritage armor. I had to complete all the storyline for the Emerald dream and had to fight Fyrakk after turning in the quest you get both heritage armor sets.

It's the same thing over and over each expansion.. This is for brand-new players that never played WoW.

Story mode raiding is for the last boss only and doesn't offer any rewards

All the latest expansions look so bad visually, they don't look like warcraft, it looks like some disney game. everything is very soft and gentle vs the first 4 versions of wow classic - cata where everything looks rough and mean. It totally ruins the game for me (among a lot of other issues).

For me, it is less about a "main" and more about which I start with. I have gotten all the tanks to 2k m+ rating at some point in DF, with the exception of Brewmaster monk. Did some low m+ on him, but that was it. After literally doing a few spreadsheets on the tanks for tww, I decided on druid to start. It seemed that with all the tweaking blizz has done to tanks recently, it was a solid option. Not the best at any one thing; just solid across the board with little downside. Plus gathering will be sweet.

wow should stop forcing the questing/campaign thing AFTER hitting max level and just do it during the leveling part. Makes no sense. At max level you want to do max level things, not go back and quest.

Is rep farming pretty easy if you are hitting all the story lines and side stories? Is there an app to track all the side quests to make sure you get 100%? When does that SW portal become available?

I usually play resto Druid and disc priest in m+ only. Probs be the same in TWW. I like the proactive healers best.

cute, we're very similar in the way of thinking. Same issue, was maining dru in tbc, wotlk then took a break from wow. came back for df and made dru main, after that pally main, after that warrior main, and again dru and again pally (was deleting old main when starting new one, for the nickname), through entire df i've made around 5-7 of each (warrior, pally, dru), not counting remix. as it is for expansion i want to focus dracthyr warrior (find it super epic) when it comes out BUT also and still thinking about maining druid... there is also pally somewhere... dru great for fast content run and easy for gearing, jack of all trades and quite good in every role. warrior imo toughest tank and fury coolest melee dps. pally squisher tank compared to war and dru against physical but tanking with him is very fun, retri is imo best solo machine (not counting hunt/lock)... so ya, still havent decided fully but currently thinking of war > dru > pal. ps. As You said, we all have our own definition of fun and we should stick to that. We shouldnt aim for whats current meta. Problem is at least for me, defying whats really fun for me, since there are so many fun factors i need to take for consideration ^^...

addons all i see you all ruin the game with addon and nothing informative...

Adding levels to new expansions seems kinda of dumb now. It's just a time waster before you can actually start playing the game. And then when they levels get too high they just squish everything down so what's even the point?

I'm surprised you mentioned the new battleground but not the entirely new PvP gamemode that allows you to solo queue for rated battlegrounds and gain rating along with conquest gear and rewards that come with it at level 80
