Is indian railways so poor that they are awarding only a mere 10,000/- for this act of dedication risking their life by its own employees, whereas lakhs are spent on officer's Clubs furnishing !!😒 Shame on those officer's who could have added more from their own pockets!🤔

The line staff of Railways works in very hazardous conditions with full dedication. The Loco and Astt. Loco pilots as can be seen here have completed such a life threating risky job. Both of the LP and ALP deserve award at the G. M. level.

This is so unsafe ... I would have fired them from job .. this is not bravery ... its stupidity, to work at height without harness and proper safety measures .... india is extremely backward .... the guy if slipped and fell down. Only his family will loose , his wife will become widow and children fatherless ... think twice before doing such stupid things

Don't want awards ! Want safety 😮 The engine needs to be detached and towed away from the bridge and then be fixed on firm ground and not on a bridge.
