Yeah I hear ya Im 58 and been a rush fan for46 years of my life. I'm totally blessed for having the opportunity to seeing them live 25 times including the last show they performed, which was awesome. Alex is a very unique guitarist. And I think is the most underrated guitarist ever. In actuality he's one of the best ever right up there with page and Clapton and all of them he's a living legend.just like everyone else in rush...RIP Neil AKA the professor. The band is the best band of the 20th century.

I'm kinda digging it; obviously EON ain't RUSH, but it's a whole other vibe, groove, kinda digging it.

I skipped out first time I saw Envy of None, I even got a response from the young lady lead singer. She told me that not all are fans of this music because they associate Alex with Rush so she understood my hesitancy to listen to the album and added that maybe in time I would at least listen once. Well now, as time has passed, I will have a listen. I do miss them(RUSH)so much but with every passing day it does become easier. TY Alex for your continuous support of artists and I do look forward to your new world projects.

I had the ‘22 Aspec I wish we gonna have lot of snow this wimter si I can drive the MDX and play with it. Coming from honda crv 2005 SE is a way leaf of feel about this SUV and we gladly have it. We always love Honda due to its reliability and performance. We still owned the old crv 2005 SE till this day with 165K miles and still going strong, it got totaled though but still working but patch of taoe at the tail light side and use it for roopam around town and druve work to home and for some errands task. mDX sseating at the garage ampnd I always looking forward driving it.

The truth you are scared of answering, is realtor's don't want lower commissions, from lower house prices. After all, the realtors are the key culprit in driving up home prices. The correction, we really need, is to dump the realtor industry completely. When you buy a new house, the first reason and percentage of negative equity you will suffer = commission amount paid to realtor. We don't need anything more than a website to list the product. Realtor = Unaffordability of homes. The reason Fed's want a correction is that ultimately all financing is secured by govt bonds and insured by the likes of CMHC which is public money. So these inflated homes prices are essentially being backed by public money, that is why this correction needs to happen. Also sales are flat right now. Shame on you for not even giving a straight answer.

We talk about steepest correction while ignoring the unprecedented appreciation of real-estate over the last 2 years. Even before the pandemic house prices were already unaffordable, and the correction has not even brought prices back down to pre pandemic levels.
