This was so freaking good!
Absolutely not I want my meat cooked I do not want it mooing
Hey man! Just wanna say that I love your vids and the energy within it! Keep up the good work and I hope more people support what you do! You’ve earned yourself a new subscriber 😊
How long do they keep?
@@jameswhite622 you know, I’m not sure. They’re never around long enough for me to find out.
It's just onions. WT.actual.F
Tasty, sweet caramelized onions that many don’t know how to make. Sorry to trigger you with an instructional video.
Or just don't add sugar to it ..
It’s def not necessary but I find that it makes the process go just a tad bit quicker. Thanks for watching!🙏🏼
Thank u i always got scared of the stuff on the bottom now I know u need that stuff
French Onion soup is my go-to comfort cook so I’ve caramelized so many goddamn onions. Only thing I would say is don’t add sugar, that’s cheating! Just kidding, but really you don’t need the sugar at all, especially since you actually caramelized them
Oh, it’s definitely cheating!!! 🤷🏻♂️. It just helps the process go a touch quicker.
How high would the heat be?
Low to medium low.
Looks AMAZING! You got yourself a new sub!
Welcome! Thanks so much. I won’t lie, that was not the only fork full of them that I ate.
Hey, I have that FOGO shirt 🔥
You have excellent taste!
I love how once in a while there's a low count video recommendation like this that hits the mark so succinctly and deserves millions of views. It's perfectly to the point and covers something I've never understood. I'm one of those "throw it in a pot and stir it around for a few minutes" types and now I know better.
You’re too kind, thanks so much. Glad to provide some useful info!
Dude this video is awesome! Stumbling upon this is so cool. Please keep making videos! Been making “caramelized onions” wrong my whole life
@@super102298 Hey, thanks so much. Glad you like it!
❤❤Totally Luv this sooo awesome its a bit rich looks sooo yummy but I'll probably gona bak fire 🔥 I cud put a torch to dat lol great for stew niicce thank youxxx ❤😅😮😊😊
Oh yeah, perfect for a stew!
Great vid, Keep it up man
Hey thanks! I sure will!
looks delicious
well thank you!
Looks chewy
….and salty…
Finally someone who actually caramelizes the onions and doesn’t just stir them in a pot for 5 mins and call it caramelized.
@@guestbloxian-roblox1759 thanks! It cracks me up when people cook them for 20 minutes and call them done….
An hour? I'm assuming very low heat (?)
that shit is still raw
Prime rib baby!!!
It has probably cooking for like 8 hours. You just don’t know what prime rib looks like 😂
@@davidcasellajr9187 2.5 hours at 250°. You have yourself a great day!
It's too dangerous to eat if you have sense go to some doctor's and scientist ask them i am sure they tell you the right thing for this ugly food
Aweww, you’re just saying that! Actually it was cooked right to the FDA recommendation
Actually a doctor will tell you that it is safer and healthier to eat rare steak rather than well done seeing how unhealthy well done beef is for you.
Looks nasty and raw af tf outta her
Over done😂
LOL, I’m sure glad you put the laughing emoji. The last guy said it was about raw!
Looks great
Well thank you! There were a total of zero complaints!
@@CptnRon302 no its my pleasure but that looks genuinely delicious if people think otherwise they are the ones who needs change not you because what you do has to make you happy cooking for the community Or family or even for your friends and showing it to the world if thats your goal then strive for it just know you will have me and others rooting for you
Tough af
You can tell that by looking???
Thats 138 degrees.
120 in the center. This was an end cut so probably somewhere in between our numbers…
🥹🫰💜
Thank you!
Medium raw
Yessss!!!
Lil boy grey steak eater 😂😂
Would look more pink and even if it was allowed to rest a lil longer
That is a great fact!
😢 beautiful
Who, me??? 🤣🤣🙏🏼
@@CptnRon302 brooo the mean loool
@@CptnRon302 you aint bad yourself for cooking such meat😂😂😂 keep it up
@@MadkingA 🤣🤣🤣
The center is probably more pink and perfect
That’s exactly right!
A little over done for me but looks delicious! 🤤
I too would like it a shade more pink bit concur that it appears seasoned and tasty🐂🐂🐂👍🧈🌽🥩🥩
Thank you! Much appreciated!!!
I got no use for the information personally but it sure will be helpful at the right situations. Thanks Cap!!
I’m here for you!
You're supposed to recalibrate it with cold water. Take it from the heat and dip it in cold water afterward, then let it return to room temperature and use it as intended perfectly accurate.
@@prhfuturetech3399 never heard of that. Do you have a video I can check out?
You can do the same exact thing with a glass of ice water not only is it safer but the freezing temperature of water does not change at altitude it will always read 32°F/0°C (source: am professional cook)
@@dannyroberts375 that would be a great point except that these thermometers don’t have readings that low…
🤦
Awaomely awesome reply@@CptnRon302
This won't work unless you're at sea level.
@@DETH_ADDR it’ll still work but the temps will vary slightly.
Tip ror making videos: possibly lower the music, its hard to hear you
@@RowanFox77 noted, thank you!
Thank you for helping him to make better videos.
What's your elevation 😂
Good point. I am literally right at sea level
Nice 👍🏼
Glad you like it!
Make sure to control for elevation. in Denver 200 would be correct.
VERY good point. I actually meant to mention that but my brain is like a sieve....
This is good!!!!! The only thing I did differently was cook My chicken in a PAN. Because I don't know how to grill but that is the perfect taste together. Thank you. My children loved it ❤️
@@Bs.NabiLi I’ll bet that was fantastic!
#bringbackbauer
@@RanualBot ummm ok
Using coarse grain salt effects the searing contact to the surface
In pans and flattops yes, not so much over fire
@@erikhope8315 not so much when grilling.,
Omg I was having a fever dream about ruben fries. Get in mah belly.
Right where they belong!
@@neweyeswideopen so so good!
Looks good
Why thank you!
Thats not cooked
Don’t worry, it’s ok to be wrong. Crispy brown bottom, fully melted, roni’s crisp edges. Looked & tasted cooked.
Ron your gasket looks destroyed! Impressed you are able to maintain low temps w/o any "leaking"...whats the trick.
Oh, I have since replaced them. Truth is, many of my friends run their Eggs with no gasket at all. As long as the dome alignment is correct, it’ll work just fine.
Looks good
Thank you Jon Scott
❤❤❤
So good!!
Húzhatna mindkét kezére kesztyűt...4.500 Ft egy lángos? Szép!
It was a street vendor, not me…
Forgot to season the sides brother but still looks delicious 😋 !!!
You are correct, my bad!
