If you’re near the arena, check out Dave’s hot chicken that Chicken slaps
Should’ve gave a top hat 🎩 option 😂
Harrison Barnes ... woof
TBH I'm done with PG. After watching the clippers get destroyed by the Mavs. KD is a different story because He's still Avg SUPERSTAR numbers and he's had one of his best defensive season, 27-7-5 on 52-41-86, 63% TS, on mainly jumpers. I wouldn't mind getting KD back but with the PG stuff I don't want PG no more. My DREAM PF would Lauri Markkenen so it's either Lauri or KD and PG can stay with the Clips
If we talking dream scenarios, why not go after Brandon Ingram, demar derozan, Kyle kuzma, etc. Paul George and KD aren't bad choices though.
Red dog cafe stop B.S.
Thunder need to tank next season for Cooper Flagg
have you all forgotten that none of okc was dropping 3s in the playoffs... not just Giddey
I'm thinking they are trying to make I.Joe redundant by having Cason and Caruso, 2 over 40% guys from deep. I'm looking for him to be the trade piece for a front court player. Either a centre, power forward or hybrid type guy
I agree, I'd happily cash in and take something in a deal for Joe. He is a good shooter, but does nothing else particularly well. I'd trade Joe 100% of the time instead of Wallace
Why is Tyler Smith not looked at so highly? To me he looks like a high upside possibly elite role player like MPJ
He is really, really bad defensively
Dream acquisitions 1st - PG 2nd - Lauri 3rd - Jarace Walker and Jalen Smith Dream draft 1st - Cody Williams 2nd - Ron Holland 3rd - Matas Buzelis (probably have to trade up for this)
Paul George is an injury concern and doesn’t solve the rebounding issue - I’d rather go for Lauri (but that’s obviously an overpay/longshot)
I don’t normally curse but excuse my language in advance, let’s fucking go. I’m pump Alex is thundery
One thing is for certain as constructed we are to small to make it out the West unless we shoot lights out for a whole series because Denver Dallas n Minnesota all are way way bigger and exploit are weakness big time just feel we got to add more size to get out the west
Been beating the KD return for years now. It’s time.
Kyshawn George!
Chicken nuggets Ketchup Scale chemistry already on display between Caruso and Mark.
Absolutely fantastic Andrew watched twice
Thunder don't need an aging superstar. They have their stars that fit well together. They need a big role player who can space the floor and shoot from outside and rebound
RIGHT!!!! I’m sick of the PG and KD rumors. WE DONT NEED THEM. We have enough star power we just need a plethora of 3&D guys who can drive and kick. We literally have the blueprint to be a this years version of the Celtics. We had our time with PG and he sold us in the playoffs. I still can’t forgive KD either and he don’t like us. Also, THEY OLD. We don’t need a regressing star. Just a sizable 3&D guy
@PapaFurnace Are you serious? The Boston 5 are all multiple all-stars players. Tell me which other 4 Thunder players will be an all-star beside Shai? Role player doesn't win championship. Tell me what is the difference you substitute AC with Lu or Cason substitute Isaiah Joe or vice versa? Your feeling toward the players are just yours. That's not what the Thunder's players or brass feel. If Thunder doesn't win championship what is the difference than Thunder and teams like Pelicans, Jazz, Washington, Clippers, Suns, Portland...Without championship to show for, Thunder fans can jump up and down all they want but who cares?
@@jacktan431 I'd be cool with Lauri Markkanen
I agree, but you can’t tell me it wouldn’t be fun if we added KD or PG. Would easily be the favorites in the West.
@@jacktan431 I hear ya. KD or PG would be fun. But if Chet and JDub make that All-Star leap, and with another good role player to play the 4 I think we can give Boston a run.
(Semi-realistic options). 1-Topic. 2-Devin Carter. 3-Da'Ron. 4-Bub. 5-Saloun. 6-Scheierman. 7-Edey. 8-K.George...Having Dieng & Tidjane Saloun battle for the '4' spot is not the worse option.
Actually, it's a bad option
Why are we so stingy with picks?
I’d say it’s working out for us so far.
No doubt AC is a better fit for the Thunders now, but for all those who think he is going to be a game changer is not being realistic. The man is a 6.8-point career scorer. Not a world beater. I think his value to the team is similar to Isaiah Joe. If Thunder miss on PG or KD, they should use some of the cap space to sign Tobias. If the Thunder is going to sign AC for 4 years, $80mil, $20-$25mil/ per year for Tobias isn't too bad. He is 6'9", a good defender, and 3" point shooter. Fit what the Thunder is looking for a big wing. And you don't have to lose future assets for him. Or even Klay. If Thunder is going to spend so much money on AC, why not consider Klay. Him and GSW contract talk seems to break down now. 2-3 years of $20-$25mil/ yr wasn't too bad. He is an upgrade for AC. Try to sign PG or KD, if that fail, sign Tobias/ Klay, draft Edey, and the Thunder will be hard to beat. Zach will be instant double double the moment he steps on the floor. He will terrorize every team 2nd unit. And he will help put Thunder games more on national TV because he has a demographic and international markets behind him. His jersey will sell.
AC is a world class defender who shot 40% from 3. Idc about his career average. He’s a much better fit than Giddey and immediately makes us better than last year, in a year that we could just as easily won the West. He shot almost as good as Joe and can do more with the ball, plus a MUCH better defender. And Klay Thompson?? Tobias Harris? It’s clear you don’t value defense which is a huge red flag when considering your basketball prowess. You’re crazy if you think Klay is a better fit than AC. And FINALLY, the dumbest thing of all, Zach Edey?? Double double?? He wouldn’t get double digit Minutes on this team! You must have hated watching how fast and quick and skilled we played last year considering you want to throw that style at the window to give Edey minutes. That’s CRAZY! Stick to soccer or something cause basketball isn’t your sport
@@devxplayerdevelopment Klay and Tobias are not good defenders? Go check it out yourselves.
@devxplayerdevelopment Why u keep bringing up Josh. He does not even play in the Dallas series. The Thunder played Shai, Chet, and Jalen plus Cason/ Lu/ Isaiah. Substitute anyone of the last 3 with AC, and you will get the same result. A rout in the 2nd round in the West.
Bro I said the exact same thing last yr was his best yr avg 10 and shooting over 40% on 3pt his defense is definitely an upgrade but we lose a lot of size and rebounding with Giddey gone Alex is a better shooter but he's not a better scorer which everyone seems to think we just gonna shut everyone down n I don't see it we need more offense n Rebounding from somewhere but AC is a better fit for us right now for sure so we see how it goes
@@anthonyorman596 Yup. He is just marginalized improved the Thunder team. He brings better defense and 3" shooting. But the Thunder also lose its potential future star in Josh. Josh rebound and playmaking better than him. Josh is also the 2nd most player all time behind Luka, to have more triple doubles before 21 of age ahead of Magic, Lebron, Lamelo. He'd done that without being used as the primary ball handlers for the Thunder. But he is few more years away to be what the Thunder envision him to be. 3 years from now, he is just the same age as JDud now.
Andrew is on his Kobe Bufkin disinfo tour. We getting Zach.
Daron Holmes Johnny Furphy Tristan da Silva Jaylon Tyson Kyle Flipowski Rob holland Are the guys okc should draft,I don’t understand the McCain hype when dalton is better at everything besides playmaking and defense even though dalton can playmake plus no reason to draft a guard we have enough also we can just draft a guard next year this year should be about fit and need which is a big wing or a backup big
Gimme Tristan Da Silva or Daron Holmes. We need nba ready dudes who can hop into our system and fit seamlessly. Or trade the pick. Or draft a guard to replace Wiggins/Joe in case they get expensive. So blessed to have all these options man I love this team ⚡️⚡️⚡️
End of the day we need more size. Idc how they do it whether draft or FA. I’m sure Prest will get it done though 😊
In that case we need to trade down to draft either one. Da Silva around late 10s and Holmes mid 20s.
@@mazyarkheradmand3837their really no reason to trade down in this draft especially were the thunder are at their no difference between 12-20 especially when everyone draft projection are all over the place they’re players in 12 range projected to go 20
@@Wrestle_KingdomLowkey yeah this is a weird draft
“I like Salun so much they’re calling me Tate Frazier” (but in French accent) was the best part of this lol
Zach Lowe a real one for that answer
He doesn't fit.. They already have very good defensive smalls. It solves nothing to help Chet.
I thought Tulsa is the Capital city of Oklahoma????🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
Naw KD need to go back to OKC they'll be ready
When Chet asked which way the hat goes, the interviewer missed a golden opportunity to say, “And you just lost your hat privileges!”
A comp for Flip is Zach Collins
They used a lottery pick for both Sabonis and Steven Adams, Andy Schlect
Those are bad examples especially since the way okc drafts is complete different now any player that was drafted before 2018 don’t really matter
Lu Dort Trade?
Andrew is too good. We are so lucky to have him. I think he is destined for more. Either a bigger national role, or maybe the Thunder hire him.
He’s too good to not continue what he’s doing. He loves the Thunder too much to move on.
This was fantastic nailed out everything around the house while getting my fix this killed it thank you very much
Daron Holmes Cody Williams Johnny Furphy Jaylin Tyson Ron holland Kyle flipowski Are the players I would want at 12 but if okc was to draft a project I would prefer Matas or Bobi klintman over Salaun I think they’re way better and more likey to be good while Salaun I get the hype I just think he way to far away from being a nba player, I understand okc like high upside but we have to be honest okc don’t really have a good track record with project players

Amazing
1:34:50 is when they start discussing Caruso btw if you were curious.. Have to disagree with Andrew's takes here. Pretty sure Caruso starts the majority of games he's healthy
I’m hoping for Zach edey and Cody Williams. Then use cap to get a former all nba vet with playoff experience with like 2-3 more good years left in them. Westbrook for cheap for the vibes.
Holland would have been a Troy Weaver pick
Fantastic pod
I got all of these right lmao, but I lived in Oklahoma all my life
Being an NBA GM has to be a very difficult job. Jordan went at 3, meaning 2 GM’s failed. Balancing payroll, evaluating players, team needs, coaching, style of play, i think presti weights heavily on personality and that easy when your building. But when you are in the current situation for the thunder, meaning adding a missing piece, its even more difficult. I trust presti more than most. I hope he makes the right pick.
I want them to draft Edey or pickup Nic Claxton
😂😂😂
Claxton sure Edey no, but I understand the idea
My hunch is we take whoever is left..1-Topic. 2-Salaun. 3- Cody. 4-Bub. 5-Holmes. 6-K.George.. If we acquire a 2nd rd pick- My 'super sleepers'-1- Quinten Post. 2- Cam Spencer. 3-Ulrich Chomche.
One thing about Daron Holmes is that he went to the line nearly 9 times a game. He shot 10 2pointers and 2.5 3pointers per game. His shot is still a work in progress despite him making 39% from 3 last year. Not sure of the issue with his rebounder numbers. They are fine. In addition to his 2 additional 3's per game, he was playmaking more if he caught the ball around the 3point line. Also he played 2 less minutes per game his junior year compared to his sophomore year. I am concerned about his free throw shooting. Some players drop when they get into the league instead of improving. He was so up and down through out the year, I am afraid he may be a candidate in regresssing in that area. All in all - I think Thunder should trade back up in the 1st round somehow to get him or trade down in the first from 12 to select him. I prefer to trade back into the 1st round and taking McCain/Holland/Carter/De Silva at #12.
Holmes is one of the Drafts top 'open' 3pt shooters & Pn'R Finishers. The fact that Da'Ron struggles w contested 3's seems fairly irrelevant on the Thunder.
This really should be a concerns because those the same problems jwill has but Daron homes is a better defender every young player has flaws Why do fans want another small guard were are his minutes coming from especially with Caruso on the team because that rookie isn’t playing over shai, jdub, dort,Caruso, joe,Cason so we’re is his minutes coming from
For those who still think Thunders could draft a project or a guard are just talking without thinking. If Thunders want to do that, they have so many picks coming in next year. They can use some of those picks on projects and put them in the G league for few seasons. The Thunder has a desperate needed of a backup big. You can't putting your entire team season faith on just one guy. What happened if Chet surfer a minor injury in the mid-season? It happened before. The risk is there. The Thunder is officially pushing their timeline ahead a little bit after trading Josh away. Is the Thunder willing to let the season slip away because of a backup center? If that is the case, that would be the biggest mishap for Sam's entire career. He already make a mistake by not address it last season. He should have trade for guy like Drummond last season, and that ended up being a big issue in the playoff. And Josh may still with the team right now.
That's why there's something called free agency buddy to get a back up big there are a bunch of great backup bigs in this year's free agency
There’s not many players in the league that would be a worse fit for this team than Drummond lol can we stop with this take
@@Flamerunner451I don't think u understand all this dynamic. If he is a bad fit, why did the Thunder sign a guy like Biyombo last season? He is the worst version of Drummond. Drummond could have helped the Thunder in the Dallas series when the Thunder desperate needs a rebound to bail them out of games.
@@jefferyokelley6733 The Thunder is already going to resign AC for another significant amount of money. Probably somewhere between $15-$18/ mil per year. Do u think they are going to spend another $ 20 million / year for a backup big? What about the need for a big forward/wing? Where are they going to find the money?
@@jacktan431 they signed him as an emergency option in case every other big man on the roster got hurt lol the kind of player he and Drummond are isn’t one that Presti’s gonna give up assets for or overpay for
Remember how you all thought Gordon Hayward was going to be Josh's replacement? 🤔🤭
Nobody thought he was a replacement for Giddey rather than an alternative off the bench. That trade was mostly done for cap space w his silly expiring contract
Shaq called Edey Zachille O Neal'
