you are a jackass. there are only like 3 or 4 fucking commercials from st.louis here and the rest are repeated over and over and over again. learn to fucking edit. thank you. no thank you
First off,yes Shop-N-Save has ALWAYS been cheaper than Schnuck's and Dierberg's.Secondly,I don't know where you are getting your information from but,it's WRONG....Shop-N-Save (and Save-A-Lot) are owned by Supervalue, while Schnuck's has been family owned by the Schnuck Family, since they began (I should know,I WORKED for them when I was younger)....
Foolishpleazure Now as of April 2018, Supervalu is considering selling Shop 'n Save to a different company. The Maplewood location is also closing at the end of June.
yep,a friend of mine who works for SNS told me they were bought by a company (that wasn't even in retail) and plan on turning around, and selling it for a profit....
I remember all these commercials when I lived in New Madrid Missouri
How about Lampert auto parts (jack Lampert) "At Jack Lampert auto centers we can do it for ya !"
I wanna see Terry's Polynesian Room !!!! with the big wicker chair and the pimp clothes !
Commercials were very entertaining, they put in a lot of effort to deliver the advertisement.

Foolishpleazure I hope they don't change the Shop 'n Save St. Louis logo. The Pennsylvania version of the company has a bland logo.

Shop and Save is up there with Dierbergs, Shnuck, and Aldi these days.
Bought by schnucks now

Not anymore, lol.
@@Beer-can_full_of_toes We got 3 Schnucks stores along a 4 mile stretch of the same road here; one of them recently closed though, unsurprisingly.
And now it's gone!!
I went to high school with the couple in the Shop & Save ad.
Did they really save 20% every week ?
