Hi Iris! I always enjoy watching your videos especially since we were Orange County neighbors at one time! I could relate to some of the struggles you mentioned especially comparing myself to others and having self esteem issues. For me, meeting my husband helped me tremendously and I was able to learn to love myself. I was with him for 8 years, we had our daughter Chloe, and I was so happy. The happiest I’ve ever been in my 29 years of life. 2 years ago, my husband passed away and it was the most painful time of my life and I miss him everyday. But I also know God has a plan for me and my priority is to take care of myself so that I can care for our daughter and in my heart I know my husband is also watching over us. I learned so much in the past 2 years that looking back I am proud of how far I’ve come. Anyways, thanks for always being so open and I look forward to your videos! Good luck with everything :)

What if you made a friend for life?

About 2 years ago I was finally able to go to a movie alone. And now it’s one of my favorite things to do, however I still am unable to eat alone. I’ve made it my goal to do it this year. Some people just don’t understand the beauty of alone time.

You look like you have lost some weight and you are glowing! That bowl looks amazing!! Haha I'm gonna have to pay attention if I chew with my mouth open 🤣 I interpret self care as putting me first! 8pm every night is my self care time. Sometimes, I just go to bed lol. I've eaten by myself, I enjoy eating and people watching! I've said others are better than me which is ridiculous and I have to remind myself how special I am and unique and pull my head out of my bum!

I want to focus on elevating myself more. Solidifying my foundation.

It seems like being a troll is something that some people just wake up and decide to be. I have been extremely blessed to not be attacked by any Trolls but I know that the day will come. When that day does come, I hope they will be prepared with the niceness that I will bestow upon them. I never really understood it and I've read some of the most outrageous comments and I think to myself, why? Was that small thing that that person said or did really that deserving of your negativity.. no. Anyways I think that it's great to keep talking about it because people need to realize the girth that their words alone carry. People can really pack a punch with their words and we as human society shouldn't have to deal with that . Life as it is ,is already a challenge all in itself. We don't need the additional obstacles of peoples sharp tongues and bitter words. 🤗
