Hello! It does get wonky and I did have to put an organizer to keep its form😅 compared to my canvas one, this jacquard one gets real soft and bendable.

Hello! Yes, it's supposed to match I believe. I have tried returning some items before and I had to fill out a form for that. The item code on the website must match the invoice. Try contacting the customer service

Hello! I have a canvas one but it's a small size. I never had a jacquard one before that's the only reason behind it 🥰 I also find the jacquard texture and quality more interesting.

Yes, you are absolutely correct! But even though the canvas logo print is only heat transferred, it's still a good quality print rather than cheap printing.

Hello! Good question. I don’t think Jacquard upholstery is the type of fabric that fades overtime but probably will lose its structure but don’t take my word for it.
