Overland Power Hand Trucks - Incline Demonstration with up to 1200lb
Overland power hand trucks feature a robust all electric drive system using rechargeable battery packs. This video highlights the incline capacity for each of our power hand trucks. We use two primary inclines:
1) 12 degree, 12 foot ramp with a 30" height
2) 14.5 degree, 7 foot ramp with a 21" height
600 Series recommended capacity: 600 lb

Top Safety Features:
SmoothStart - On acceleration, power is applied to the drive tires in a controlled manner ensuring a smooth start each time.
HillSense - Allows the cart to be safely used on inclines and declines. The cart will travel at the speed set by the user, not by the incline or decline.
AutoLock - An automatic parking brake locks the wheels when the throttle is not being applied. This feature prevents the cart from rolling away from the user and also provides easy loading and unloading on inclines and declines.
Emergency Stop - The red E-Stop button allows the user to immediately stop the progress of the cart.
Four Wheel Design - All Overland Carts have at least four wheels to provide maximum stability.
Overload Fuse - There is a built in overload fuse that measures the inputs of the drive system in real time. If the incline, load, or terrain begins to overwork the motor, a fuse will stop the cart and prevent any damage to the transaxle.
Throttle Controlled Braking - The braking is controlled by the throttle, simply let up on the throttle and the cart will slow down to the desired speed. To brake is automatically applied.
Throttle Defaults to Zero MPH - If the throttle is released for any reason, the throttle will automatically return to the zero MPH position and the cart will safely coast to a stop. AutoLock will then engage and the cart will be secure.
No open gears, belts, or hot components - The design of the cart keeps hands safe and prevents possible burns caused by hot engine components.

How much weight can one person tilt back to transport?
I know some folk prefer a plug-in type charging system, but I'd prefer removeable batteries so I don't have to store the whole cart in my garage over the winter. Or is this the kind of battery that doesn't mind sitting outside through a cold winter?
I love these handtrucks. I need one that can be compacted when stored away or on a delivery truck to save space.

I want to know how to put a caster wheel (s) on the front of a hand truck or dolly and a simple way to do it.But I perfer not to have the front wheel(s) to swivel.If it's only 1 wheel in the front I don't want it to swivel ? And I want the big castor wheel in the front.Big like the ones in the back because it can handle bumps better ?

That's a great idea and one we've gotten in the past. As of right now our carts only have power tilt and do not have the ability to be raised vertically.

Man that power tilt is SLOW!!! I was sold until then. Would waste too much time waiting for it to dump.
At around 3:20 he shows where you can unlatch the bucket to dump quickly by hand, but then again that would not give you the power dump. “Power dump” … why do I find that funny? ;)
It can be tricky to say "power dump" with a straight face but it is the best description. ;) Yes the actuator is a "screw type" fully electric design. They are very reliable and capable of handling 750 lb of load but they do operate slowly as a result. The key to speed it up is what @evidencebased1 noted, to release the latch ahead of time. In that way, the load will dump once the hopper reaches it's pivot point. Another way to speed up the process is to be raising or lowering the load as the cart is moving. Does it have to be charged to 100 % before you can use it
