I don't think Nadu needs banned, I think the idea is super strong, but there's so much backpedaling on Magic's gameplay design that it needs nerfed. Simic is super good at token creation. Make it only apply to nontoken creatures. Make the land come in tapped. Make the trigger once each turn rather than twice.

What the hack is Happening with the nightmare at 28:00 neither of them had even once read the card... He a payed a mana and a energy and played the mite from grave. What He should have done is bounce the nightmare pay 1 energy and sacrifice a creature....He even loudly reads sacrifixe a creature and preceeds to sacrifice a treasure and he never takes the nightmare back to hand. I know its New cards but if you play them you habe to read them first...the point where He loudly reads sacrifice a creature and just does Not sac one is the point where it gets scammy and why this comment might seem a bit harsh. But this plus the nearly drawing a extra card of the first birthing Ritual staggs the plays that seem scummy but could be just Not paying attention

best part of consign to memory is it hits storm on the stack, since storm itself is a triggered ability you can counter the effect before it happens unlike other counter spells. if they are to play a grapeshot for instance you only have to cast consign to memory and make that grapeshot a vanilla lava dart XD

Not sure if max knows he can respond to the one ring trigger with binding or Teferi + instant speed ending before the counter is placed on the ring. He would have denied quite a few cards being drawn and possibly won the game off of it.

@19:00 Max should have just bounced his own leyline binding and legend ruled the rings, then re-used the leyline binding on the ring still in play. He goes up one and can deal with the one that's already in play. He has no time to respond with an activated ability, and that ring already in play already has the protection ability going anyways. Didn't end up mattering though.

Nadu folds to interaction, it doesn't need to be banned. We saw that exact thing happen in game 1
