When I first heard this playing the VN, I said this is bad ass. It just get's me so hyped, like when you know danger is approaching, but it has a kick ass feel to it. Expect more extended songs on the way. If you want me to extend something feel free to ask ^^.
I imagine that Shoji Meguro is a super-human who gets his life extended by 1 year for every banger OST he produces you know, it's his OWN battle for survival
It's impressive that the music alone can make something like a JRPG battle feel frenetic. It's just navigating menus, but it's the most intense menu navigation of my life.
This could have worked as a final boss theme. I've never even played the DDS series and it's one of my favorite OST tracks in all of gaming.
With this battle song, I can't concentrate on the battle! I will listen to this very cool song until the end!

After SMT4 its sounds boring compare to any of SMT4 battle themes, and this is are main battle theme for majority of early game fights and it stop me to play DDS2

That's a little extreme, and I say this as someone whose favorite SMT spin-off is DDS. In terms of being way too rocking for a random encounter theme, I'd say "Battlefield - Rushing Life" from 7th Dragon 2020-II takes the number one spot, even if this is my number three. For the record: my number two favorite random encounter song is Brain Hopper from Shadow Hearts, but that's more of an atmospheric piece than either this or Rushing Life. Wouldn't work nearly as well in a less dark game than SH.

Just a few more views away from reaching the 1M mark, and this song absolutely deserves to cross that threshold. My kingdom for DDS to get any sort of acknowledgement from Atlus in this day and age.
DDS2 is some of the best Megaten has to offer. Deserves way more views tbh but I'll take any acknowledgement DDS can get

I've never played a "true" SMT game yet (gonna get to that after I play through all of the mainline Persona games), but GODDAMN this might be one of my favourite battle themes ever
