Yes, It can be done in SNAP using external OTB tools.
what all softwares can be used for processing SAR images?
Depends on what your objectives are. The SNAP software is introduced in one of our videos, you can go and take a look. There are other softwares, ENVI has a plugin called SARSCAPE. If you are working with InSAR, there software like Doris, GMSTAR, STANFORD, which are free...
