I remember this game . Bulls were 62-20 and Chicago was one of the best defensive teams during that time . Warriors were just getting started that year too they had Klay and steph and monte even though they were not a good team that year they showed flashes of there 2016-17 unstoppable offense , Transition scoring and 3 pointer . Warriors offense was just too much for Chicagos best defense. yes good offense beats good defense.

Nash was close to 40, Dwight was coming back from a serious back injury, kobe, Pau and MWP were already out of their primes 🤷♂️ (2002-2010 KOBE, 2008 Gasol, 2005 Nash,Artest & 2009 Dwight would have looked way different! Oh well 🤷♂️)
I wouldn’t say pau was out of his prime yet because he made the all star team in 2015 and was the starting center for east all star team in 2016 for the bulls. He was just terribly misused by d’antoni who benched him and tried to make him a stretch 4 which at the time wasn’t the trend that it is now for pau’s size
This team looked so good on paper. But the chemistry was just awful. Kobe’s ego, mixed with Dwight Howard’s sensitivities, along with an aging Nash & Gasol and just injuries one after another. Bedsides all the drama, they just couldn’t stay healthy. A complete failure. This Lakers team has been at the very bottom now for sometime. Even with Lebron here. Smh
