Why does no one show what kind of cement they use
How do you get the timer to work on these new Vitamix Venturist Pro Blenders?
Flip the switch on the side of the base to turn on. Then when the container is on it, you press down on the paddle switch. The timer will illuminate automatically.
Just got this at Costco yesterday, pretty nice, unfortunately it doesn’t work with my old containers. But my old containers rubber lids work with the new containers, strange. lol
Good point. I should have added the containers are not compatible.
I believe these new containers have an RFID chip in them that the machine detects. It will only work with those newer containers. I think they did this precisely so you would have to buy new ones because they know their repeat customers would try to use the old ones.. wouldn’t be too bad but if you thought the old containers were expensive you haven’t seen anything yet.. these new containers are ridiculously expensive…greedy in my opinion. They work great though.. so there is that.
