    Thanks for the great video and playlist bro. I assembled my machine a week ago. I am around 6’ and when i do certain workouts, those weights are constantly slamming the rack top because of which i could not complete the full range of motion and at some point i am getting demotivated and loosing interest. Any suggestions on how to overcome this? Like standing elevated or something? thanks again.

    Medium: 25 Kg Light: 12.5 Kg Dumbbell Rows: Look straight ahead and the back is straight. Pull with your elbow (Arm is just a hook)

    It really bothers me that those marcy multigyms only have 68kg and 90kg total weight. It makes a good piece of kit so limited. I am thinking of getting the adidas multigym with 100kg stack. Have you used one before?

    Thanks for the review. I think the overall issue IMO is that most of these smart gyms only have 2 year warranties. To me that doesn’t sound like the company really backs their products. If they had a 5 year warranty then I’d consider a decent purchase. But for a beginner to just invest over 3k in gym equipment sounds pretty crazy to me.

    Does the chain help? I have the marcy machine slightly differnet from yours but should be relatively the same and i feel like the chain doesnt help at all unless i am misunderstanding using it.

    I was taught if you took more than 3 days off your muscles start to atrophy. 5 times a week is the perfect amount though for me atleast.

    I’m liking your content! Can you do a series of videos with a daily(Monday-Friday/Saturday multi gym routine? Something like “Series 1 Monday workout.” “Series 2 Tuesday workout”, etc. Maybe start off from a beginner’s weekly workout routine then expand to more advanced daily routines. I want my body to be properly proportioned.

    I find the belt really good for calf raises. If you place a step or something on the main platform to raise yourself up , facing the screen, and connect each weight cable to each side of the belt, you can stand on the step facing the screen and even hold onto the frame for support. The step gives you a much deeper stretch and range of movement than if you just use the main platform.

      I am 6'2". I agree it is limiting and probably best for a shorter height but I am thrilled with this being in my home. This basic machine is a great starter and will likely be good for the first year or two easily.

    I have the machine( was given free) but i have no dumbbells. I wish I had dumbbells so I’m the opposite as him. The machine is great for upper body. But for lower body, I agree with having not much range of motion. My cable gets stuck so I prefer using the gyms cable machines. Maybe it’s just better for guys than for girls.

      Hay Jacob, I just checked mine and he is correct about the steel. My machine does not have any bending or warping yet. For my usage I only use body weight dips and smith machine for bench and squats. I don’t like how close the plates are to the uprights when racking with J hooks so I don’t use it much except for if I’m doing deadlift or heavy shrugs sometimes, never over 300lb. I’ve learned that the cheaper options equipments don’t heavy loads such as rogue or rep fitness equipments. A lot of the powerlifting movement I enjoyed doing I don’t dare attempt even if they advertise a large weight capacity. Not sure if I mention in this review but these inexpensive brands are only good for moderate weights which for me is fine, eventually I will upgrade when I can afford a $4000 machine

      I like this better because of the springs at the bottom of the pulley and smith machine. I personally tend to drop my weights pretty hard and that dampens the effect on the flooring. Also the leg hold down attachment is easier to install and the landline attachment has better range at almost 360 degree
