How you created
Can you tell which software you use to make this type of animation?
im surprised there was no steam at all generated in this process
Good information . The process explanation is better instead of music.
Who exactly is thumbing down this video?
Very good

Wonderful video....one of the best quality video

This is a great video and all but I'm kind of perplexed that time 202. I've been recently interested in this and I've watched a lot of videos on the process of making steel you have the initial e a f where the scrap metal goes into and then whatever Alloys you need. At 2:02 it looks like the ladle goes down on a trolley and hits a different eaf which I have never seen before. And why would you want to use an EAF on a ladle with minimal control. I'm just completely perplexed about what's going on at 2:02.
The equipment is a Ladle furnace station. Its goal is to make final adjustments in alloy composition, inclusion removal by gas stirring, desulphurization and also reheating to adjust temperature for continuous casting
I wish u did another similar one with some descriptions included... Awesome video though
Trumptards, please note the distinct lack of humans involved and the highly automated nature of modern steel manufacturing.
You still need a ton of hands on this can't be a completely automatize
How u make these animation.please say how.Using which software.
Good video
Nice animation but if description is provided it will be more than nice
ladle turret cylinder?????
This is an electric arc furnace. (EAF)
Is the entire process all electric?
Yes

very nice
Great animation but without description its like a good car without fuel. You can just look and enjoy it and not do a thing
Also when the truck is moving, its wheels should rotate as well.
Thank God I wasn't the only one thinking that
Excellent animation and dumb video without any description of stage names either written as text or commented via audio ?!!!!!
I love mechanical engineering
Wants to explain with animation...
Nice video
Excellent animation. It would be helpful if text were provided to explain most of the process.
very good animation. please added some text on what's happening at each stage & what type of machine is use, please mention notes on each process or each stage, because students are not understood very well.
Yes add text for clear actually what is happening
Excellent animation. If only you added some text on what's happening at each stage
which software made this animation ?
Is it 3dsmax?
good graphics but totally wrong music. Some notes on what is taking place would help.

Oooooh baby, it's tundish time!
Hi, It is a wonderful EAF machine. Can you send me some details on endufike@gmailcom, pls thanks a lot .
great, but more details in manufacturing of steel in furnace would be more useful
Can you teach me briefly pls Because some difficult
nyc one....and my suggestion is to make videos on manufacture of steel by several process.....like bessemer to understand it visually by students like me.....thank u
Great stuff, who made this animation?
John Jurewicz bhug
nice work thank you
