@@Gavsthetics. A deeper range of motion could have been better on the incline bench press. Your right arm locks out faster than your left, so it's not even. The dumbell fly is not done correctly at all. Have slightly bent elbows as you move your arms outward instead of downward.
@@bleromafia Talking about incline bench, I didn’t go full range of motion because I’m doing progressive overload thing. 45 kilo is heavy for me so I had to do half range of motion for that one, that’s how I improve. And talking about the right arm locking out faster than the left one. That’s because of the camera angle, I rechecked it. Talking about the dumbell fly, I get what you’re saying, it’s jus that I was doing heavy so I didn’t really bend my elbows jus to prevent any sort of injuries.
Before u hop on a cycle maybe get some more experience in the gym :)

do not use a belt for every exercise
Yeah I have to stop using the belt for every movements I do. I just intend to use them when I lift heavy jus to prevent any back problem.
@@Gavsthetics.You can do hyper extensions to strengthen your lower back and don't go too heavy you can still get injured even with a belt on

You are nowhere near your genetic potential to consider PEDs and you have newbie form, lifts and physique. I benched 175kg cleanly before i went on PEDs. You look like me during my first month of lifting and i started during my 4th year.

Dude, don’t succumb to ruining your life for fast gains. 27 years old and been natty my entire life. I recognize that the majority of social media influencers and celebrity are taking steroids since it has become easier to get them. Will i be as big as them? No. But I wouldn’t trade a long healthy life over short term gains.
