You’re welcome ! And absolutely . So for this video I filmed it on my DJI Osmo Pocket 3 camera ( which I highly recommend) . As for editing I use adobe premiere and CapCut . Adobe premiere to cut up my long videos and edit the sequence / color editing and then CapCut for my text and transitions .

Hi im new to you channel and love your videos, I have a question, in regards to your PCOS, when you got on mounjaro did your insurance cover it for the reason you had PCOS or did you have to pay an out of pocket price as well
Hi , welcome 🥰 👋🏽 Thank you so much ! So , no my insurance didn’t cover it for the reason of PCOS . I went through a provider on a site called push health . To the doctor I was assigned I told her I had PCOS , high A1C and that I was struggling to lose weight due to PCOS/ Insulin resistance . She wrote the prescription , no questions asked . I’m not sure what she wrote in when she put the prescription in . My insurance did cover majority of it . All I had to do was pay $25 out of pocket every box .

i just started this journey too lots of ground beef and chicken breats with green veggies . be careful with what type of cardio you do. PCOS makes us very sensitive to cortisol which is from high stress and things like running can cause it ! which makes us put on weight !

I’m back working out , I stopped my last 2 months of taking the medicine . Now I’m back doing strength training . Sending you love and encouragement on your journey ✨🙏🏽
