Thankyou for your video! Truly appreciate your guidance. These were the questions in my september 2024 exam, hope this helps! Task 1 Question was to assess Beago’s current portfolio and identify strategies for effectively portfolio (analysis skills) and it was a 24 marks question It provided marketing director’s take on the service portfolio where they provided 3 sections - first section was the service like ride hailing, ride sharing etc and second section was the current market activity which provided market trend and growth, third section was competitor analysis which highlighted which competitor did best (ranking) Task 2 had a proposal of food delivery app in which there were two parts to the question a) report on how proposal will create value for stakeholders under each capital of Beago’s integrated reporting (commercial accumen skills) b) appendix to recommend four non qualitative KPI’s that can help monitor and evaluate performance of food delivery app in first year of operations (communication skills) I dont remember the marking but Task 2 had the higest marks Task 3 provided two exhibits, a news letter which highlighted cyber attack and risks of using cloud service provider and another was email from CFO which talked about disruptive technology and its negative impact on Beago The questions were a) provide email response on view’s of CFO on disruptive technology and it’s impact on Beago (scepticism skills) (possibly 18 marks) B) two presentation slides on benefits to Beago of cloud technology and risks of using cloud technology to Beago (evaluation skills) (20 marks)
