@@annieaviles4760 Hmm I do miss the beach in Florida but there is alot of traffic in south Florida, in Tennessee is nice to raise a family and moderate climate, but I work a lot here now in Colorado so I haven’t got to explore so much, and at school I was pretty busy. But still discovering all the amazing things to do and see in Colorado!!

I didn’t know what it really was before I went. I guess it’s like a gas station on steroids and they have good food and much better cleaner restrooms than the average gas stations and it has a shopping component so it’s kinda like a giant convenience store. Worth a stop by sometime!

@@ThroughMyLins Well I have been in a couple times with my family. But I never choose to go when I’m on my own. It just doesn’t seem like a place for me. No shame to everyone who enjoys it of course. If you like it, that’s great.

Thank you for sharing David! I pray you are totally healed and can come to Charis soon!! I'll answer as many questions as I can, but most people here rent in shared houses or apartments. In Woodland Park, the options are limited, but many people live in Colorado Springs which is a tad cheaper and has more options for work. Most work part-time I see starting at about $15-16 per hour. You can work in the prayer phone center or perhaps at a grocery store in WP. In the springs, like I said many more options. Woodland Park can be expensive for food. In my opinion much more than food in Florida. 1 bedroom apartments go from $1200-1800. There aren't too many apartment complexes in WP, but you can see options on Zillow.com or you can also join the "Charis community bulletin" on Facebook, people post housing options almost daily, so check there often. Maybe you could come visit for the men's advance conference in March. You could get a feel for the area and meet people. It is awesome! Happy Thanksgiving and be blessed!!

I had asked these things because in your bio you said ask questions and perhaps ideas for videos. I wasn't sure if others would ask these questions but perhaps! Great ideas. I saw some videos last night about Springs being cheaper. Niiiiiiiice 😆 Due to current fatigue symptoms the March advance, at this time anyway, wouldn't be possible. I only say at this time as my faith is wide open for anything amazing like that! Is March the only time they do that? I'd imagine but thought I'd ask. At 52 with my things I would look into a place for just me but it would all be on the miraculous side of things since VA benefits expired...sooooo I'll keep seeking the "impossible" since our Father owns the cattle on a thousand hills! I'll look, dream and pray. Fatigue has been off the charts but I remind myself that I'm healed. Have a wonderful evening up there in either Tennessee or Ohio!

Yes, the Men's conference is just in March, but in July there is a summer family Bible Conference, but its really just for everyone, and it was the first conference I went to and it was great, they have a great 4th of July Performance as well! I myself had a parasite infection and for about 3-4 years I was semi-homebound, didn't work, stayed home most of the time, and I didn't know if it would ever change. My mom told me about Andrew's Ministry in 2021 and then I found out about Charis. I decided to take steps to attend Charis and get stronger. To put things in perspective, I didn't walk up stairs for a long time, even walking across my house was an effort. I thought, how will I move to high altitude and walk around Charis which is pretty big? Well, I just started taking steps of faith and kept getting stronger and stronger and when I moved, it was much easier than I thought. Didn't really have any altitude issues, drinking lots of water daily is key, and no caffeine. And I walk all around Charis and even I have volunteered for standing activities for 3-5 hours without any problem. I am enjoying every day again! So just start taking steps of faith, see yourself doing things you want to do. Keep your body moving, to keep your muscles strong. The truth is, you are better than you think you are. You can do it! I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me! Phil 4:13 And Isaiah 40:31 - But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. @ThroughMyLins you are a delight and a wonderful encourager as well. Taking steps...literally 😆. I walk two times a day for around 50 minutes each time. I push myself. In spite of fatigue and pain, even this morning, I've been thinking God that I'm healed. 🙏!!! I stay encouraged by listening to Andrew, Charis teachers etc. Jim Baker's teaching on healing from March of this year at Charis was awesome! I was super encouraged! Thank you for sharing a bit of your own struggles and experience. I appreciate it 🙏. I watched both Thanksgiving and enjoyed them! Yes, as your schedule permits, more Charis videos and traveling videos would be delightful 😊. You have cute nephews. Oh that’s interesting thanks for sharing! The one I went to was in central Georgia and not much around, so traffic wasn’t bad, but once you got into the parking lot, it’s like where did all the people come from lol.
