The ports from PS2 onward have always had design changes like item placement, enemy AI being made dumber, and number tweaking (Red9's Exclusive being changed from 5.0 firepower to 6.5, First Aid Sprays being dropped to 5000 from 10,000). But this one really doesn't seem intentional to me given it's out of the way and close to both a typewriter *and* backtracking which requires Ashley for a treasure. Capcom was always conscious about which areas are manageable for the escort mission and which were too aggravating for players. When I saw this room as Leon alone this playthrough, it was the same as it ever was: the only enemy was a snake in a box. Only when I returned with Ashley was there a surprise Novistador

With the crappy plot, making wishes to become more powerful, using the same old idea of super Saiyan 2 Gohan's transformation with a recolor and calling it some random name 'Beast Gohan's, using the same old villain in Cell Max but without a damn brain who's just mindlessly destroying stuff. The whole film sucked ass. Easily the worst Dragon Ball movie of all time, even worse than Battle of Gods.

He's not even that bad. He has pink lips which can be kind of offensive in some cases but I'll say this as a black guy that there are way more racist depictions of black people than this guy. Like Looney Tunes and Disney were 1 Sextillion Times worse than this. At least it's some what realistic minus the lips which tbf is some what of a ethnic trait.
