Twilight Princess HD Secrets and Easter Eggs!

Collection of Secrets and Easter Eggs as well as some tips and tricks for Twilight Princess HD. Blue hearts are because of the ganondorf amiibo. Some clips have low quality because i was streaming at the same time.
thank you very much for this, I'd love to see an even further deep dive into this game, but this was awesome! Also, Spinning Rupee!
Hi, thanks for letting me know you liked it (much appreciated). Its likely that I will make further videos like this (made some progress on the next). But with the next I will try to make it a little less slow paced. Next video will be about Kakariko and Gorons :)
Omg! I love Twilight princess and I thought I already knew every secret in the Game. But you brought secrets that I've never heard before. Thank you „CallTheDay“! ❤ I Think I will see Twilight Princess now with different eyes. ^^
Comments like this makes all the work that went into the video worth it :)
thank you, here's how much i got at the moment 99x deku hornet 99x blessed butterfly 99x gerudo dragonfly 99x starry firefly 99x woodland rhino beetle 99x volcanic ladybug 99x faron grasshopper 99x hornet larvae 99x bird feather 99x ancient flower 99x amber relic 99x blue bird feather the easiest way to farm for goddess plumes is by exiting and re-entering the area outside where there's a puddle in volcano summit, where the amber relic is can sometimes be the thing i am looking for, and i got 58 right now
Yor mean the area at 21:42? I also noticed that the treasure in the cave changes. I didnt think about using it to farm plumes though. Good idea.
@@CallTheDayyeah that one. and this'll be the second time that i'll have 99 of everything
@@gilmore8887 Thats dedication haha. I also did it in the original WII game, but have not completely done it in the remake. Maybe when I will do NG+, then I will get it all ^^
This is fantastic but there is a more effective way to farm tumble weeds by going over too the red energy place on the other side of the wall once the door is open. Once it's open you need to go to the back of the area furthest from where you came in from and run from one side to another It will get at least two tumble weeds with no cool down time
I do these different Fireflies: Lumpy Pumpkin, 1-4 can spawn Lizalfos: Pirate Stronghold, can be combined with skulls and flowers Amber Relics: Skipper’s House, with the curse and treasure medal up to 5 can spawn, which also gives 50% goddess plume rate, can be combined with cicadas Jelly Blob: Inside the sand ship there’s a hall with a ton of scorpions but you have to do it during the dungeon, and just leave and come back in Monster Claws: Same area, but after completing the protect the robot game, there’s another group of bats on the left side. I think this 2nd group disappears after you beat Fire Sanctuary Evil Crystals: These are strange because you have to be inside Ancient Cistern and get to the cutscene where the cursed boblokins chase you up the rope and use a bomb, I take the medals as well as bomb bags and there’s a goddess wall by the waterfall as well as a bomb to refill. Monster Horns: While you are playing the sandship(before beating it) exiting the captain’s cabin there’s always a boblokin archer you can whip, go back into captain’s cabin to reset him. Hope it helps!
Definitely helps. Thanks for the detailed description. Some of my spots are not optimal
@@CallTheDay you’re welcome
I've found some spot that might better for farming : -Stareflies: go to the pumpkin landing enter into the house and go to sleep, leave by the door next to the bed and in the fields you can have up to 4 fireflies and you can reset the bugs quickly with the door -Grasshopper: warp to floria waterfall just on your right there is up to 2 grasshopper and behind you an entrance that resets the bugs -Eldin ore: warp to volcano ascent, on your right there is a cave section at the end of it you'll find a digging spot after that keep going forward and go down the cliffs you'll find another digging spot (that seems to have a high drop rate) then go back to the statue but when leaving the cave go to the left to find 2 digging spots (I think it's a little bit faster to end with these holes but you can dig them first if you want) then return to the sky to reset -Tumbleweed: warp to stone cache on your left there is an elevation with 3 cactus around, defeat the ampulis, go to one cacti to the other, each time you pass a cacti a tumbleweed will appear, no need to reset the tumbleweed will spawn every time
Thanks for sharing. Definitely gonna try some of these out when I eventually reply Skyward Sword :)
On me dit enfin à quoi servent les spores de champignons brillants 😭🤝
Je suis heureux d'avoir pu résoudre ce mystère pour toi :)
Great video, I learned a lot!
nice to have you back man
Im very happy with how this video turned out. However I would still really like to hear some feedback. So let me know if there are things that could be improved or if there were things which you would take out (boring). Thanks for watching :)
For Sky Stag Beetles, you can roll into the bird nest tower overlooking the water. 0-2 Beetles will spawn. Then you can just run across into a house and reset the spawn. Way more consistent than the trees they occasionally spawn at.
I play it before on will and will u.
3:40 whAAAAAAAAAAAAAT no f-ing way like... i've been playing this game since 2012, ain't no way this is the first time i've seen this im crying rn
Until this day one of the best zelda games ever!!!
A better place to farm Faron Grasshoppers is in the Woodland Rhino Beetle spot. There are 4 rocks there that can have grasshoppers under them.
Nice. Didnt even now that there are grasshoppers under rocks
2:12 "YAHOO-Y-Y-Y-Y-Y-Y-Y-Y-Y-Y-Y-Y-Y-YAHOO!"
thats how badly he wants to see midna again?
Lolz the end i wasnt ready for it
Link in the metal boots running at full speed… CLANK CLANK CLANK!
You can talk to Epona 😮😮😮 I never imagined that
Why didn't you just say where to drop for the volcanic ladybug? Lol would have been so much easier unless I'm missing something
Yes you are absolutely right. That would have made it much more clear. I dont really know why that didnt come to my mind :)
It seems to me that I remember seeing a dodongo hanging on a wall. I think it was in the Goron Mines.
A good reliable place to farm evil crystal is in ancient cistern when u climb the rope up if you place a bomb down before climbing u can blow up cursed bokoblins and then let go. Repeat till full. There is also a place to refill bombs near where goddess wall is down here.
Thanks for the input. Sounds like a good strat. Where do you refill the bombs? Just cut some grass?
@@CallTheDay no there a bomb plant near the end of the path that leads to the cursed waterfall near a goddess wall
Yeah I do that one too

The last image with link wearing Hestu's poo as a hat was the icing on the cake.
2:04 Link's tryna replicate the super mario n64 speedrun
I can't reset the bugs selection he doesn't wanna buy the bug I farmed even through sleeping. Great vid
Glad you liked my video. You can sell all of the bugs to him. You probably were just unlucky. So just try some more. You can find the prices for the bugs in the zelda wiki :) zelda.fandom.com/wiki/Strich
8:00 that freaking postman always gets me when I'm on the bridge between Castle Town and Hyrule Field (west, GameCube version.) I'm always on that damn bridge as a wolf and Midna has to transform me back into human form just for this interaction.
3:07 What is the function of the *Switch Feature?*
You can switch the combination of bow + bomb-arrows to the combination of bow + hawkeye
무거워진 철갑옷을 입고 말을 탈수가 없는데, 저렇게 하면 엔딩에서 철갑옷을 입고 에포나를 탄 링크를 볼수있답니다
There are 1-3 starry fireflies by the river outside Peater and Peatrice's house on Skyloft at night. Just have to avoid Keese and Remlit 16:57 Sometimes there's a dust relic behind that tree. I find the best place to farm evil crystals is in the Ancient Cistern. At the part where you climb the rope and all the cursed Bokoblins show up, drop down, kill 'em all then climb the rope again, a new horde will appear. If you have the Goddess Sword, they'll even cower from you if it's up.
Must have missed your comment. Thanks for the tip. That evil crystal farm sounds really interesting. I never knew that they actually cower from you if you have the goddess sword
I find it funny how I actually found out about a majority of these by chance as a kid because I just liked to try out random things and see if anything would happen. I spent so many hours just running and waving the wii remote around
Same. There are much more of these little secrets in Twilight Princess than in most other Zelda games.
The clown mini game can get you 500 rupees in less then a minute
Hmm someone else mentioned that as well. I never really tried it so i dont know how hard/easy it is. But if you can land on the same spot reliably it is probably much faster.
Where is the rupee farm
At the top of eldin mountain. You can go there once you get the dragon earrings. Its that place which is super hot
So underrated! I’m a completionist, just did Sandship. So before hero mode, I want literally EVERY item. You even gave chapters and stuff. New sub. Tysm
Thanks for the nice feedback. Glad i could help :)
@@CallTheDay :)
This is one of the most helpful skyward sword videos I have ever found.
He is just casually playing in hero mode, not much to talk about there…
Dont forget to mention ganondorf amiibo (purple hearts). So thats 4x the damage in total :P
@@CallTheDay Oh, yeah I forgot about that, I am replaying this since I don’t remember it, with the aim to set a half decent speed run on any Zelda gamr
Im here for the eldin ore :( is really hard find it
Hi. I was also unhappy with the spot i found. As some comments pointed out there might be better spots. This is what i found in the comments: "I do not like the Eldin Ore method as I RARELY get any. However I found another spot which is in the Mogma Cave. So basically you wanna spawn at Volcano East and go to the entrance. At the start where you dive into there's a ledge with 2 Dig Spots. One of them is more guarenteed to give Eldin Ore, in fact you can sometimes get 3 which never happens else. After that, dive off the ledge and into the tunnel that leads to an Air Vent which will take you back outside. Go back to the bird statue, go to the sky and dive back into Eldin and land same spot." Try that one or look for more info in the comments. Good Luck
@@CallTheDay wow amigo, thanks for took you time, i'll try it tomorrow. And thanks for the metode. Sorry for my english
@@fredlagg27 No worries. I hope this method works (since i havnt tried it myself). Good luck
@@CallTheDay oh by the way friend. in the wii version in the almkrante's house. going in and out made amber reappear and occasionally a goddess item. but in the switch version it hardly gives me items from the goddess
Great guide. From what I've found though, there's an even more efficient way to farm rupees later in the game. As soon as you unlock Fun Fun Island, there is a consistent setup to land on the 50 rupee space every single time. You can make 500 rupees every minute ish. That's the method that I've always used and I land on the 50 rupee space basically every time.
Interesting. I didnt even think about that one. Didnt know that there is a setup to land on the 50 rupee space. Thanks for letting us know
2:07 SM64 stair case glitch, just backwards
what console were you playing on because the character menu looks different from the wii version

For those wanting lots of ornamental skulls and golden skulls early on: The room in eldin volcano where you fight bokoblins right before getting the digger mitts will infinitely spawn bokoblins until you kill the one with the horn.
