Picking The Chateau 50MM Laminated Padlock,
Although This Lock Does Have A Few Spools We Got Into It Fairly Fast.
Instead of Using BOK Tension, I Went For TOK With A 40 Thousandths Pry Bar And A 20 Thousandths Standard Hook.
Not Quite Sure This Lock Holds Up When It Comes To Security Though.
Let's Not Completely Put Them Down Though, They Did Do A Few Things Correctly On This Lock, The Locking Pawls Are Big Enough As To Where Shimming This Lock Open May Be Difficult. And At Least They Protected Their Locking Mechanism From Bypass Methods Like The Bypass Knife. So Two Points For Them!!!
Anyways, Check The Video Out To See If This Lock Is JUNK According To Your Standards.

Doesn’t work. I called master lock customers support and was told if it had a serial number on the back then they can help. If no serial number you’re screwed.

Yeah its not a magic key for every tubular lock for sure, but it does work on LOTS of em. The ace 2 you say? Maybe i should get one and see if theres a way to fast crack it

Question, you specify that you're using bottom of the key way tension because you suspect it has spool pins, but how come? I would think the force vectors would be so similar as to not matter between top and bottom, or does manufacture error give it that extra wiggle room it needs to matter? Alternatively, an just Iver thinking this? Thanks
Force vectors on the core/pins (whenever they bind)
@@azraellie_ im using bok mostly because im zipping to begin with. Zipping with tok is difficult because i always knock my tool out. Plus the keyway makes bok tension easier on this model

@@azraellie_ absolutely man! When single pinning it all depends on the keyway and tok is usually best. But when zipping or raking bok is aways a must. But to answer your overthinking, TOK actually does allow for more torque and better binding hence why when single pin picking most attackers will opt for that.

I have some friend who used to have those locks on their locker and you could just yank them open and it would keep getting easier to do it
This may apply to the no-name lock in video.... MAYBE. This does not work with Master #1500, which is the most common combolock made. Sure, other attacks, but the clickbait is incorrect for MOST combolocks. Of course, the video will make MONEY!

This is a Brinks 4 digit combination lock it can be opened with a Brinks 4 digit combination lock
Naw, the way the locking mechanism works on these style locks you wont be just bashing em open. That only works on trash locks with trash locking pawls
