I’m going for a 2nd IME , my 1st was right after I filed a claim in Jan 22.. I haven’t got any benefits from the start and I had rotator cuff surgery on 2/1/23… I don’t understand why I’m having to go for another exam ..

Thank you for your very informative videos. Under NJ law, are evaluating doctors required to appear at a workers’ comp trial to testify? Or can documentation of their medical exam and comments be submitted? Also, regarding a video you made 2yrs ago about reimbursement for travel expenses to doctors’ offices, is that still applicable in 2023?

I have to get spinal fusion surgery because of an accident at work but this didn’t stop Workmen’s Compensation carrier to send me for a IME which took away half my benefits I have a court hearing coming up and my lawyer expects the judge to reinstate my full benefits my question is I know Workmen’s Compensation will appeal it and how long do I have to wait for the appeal to come back before I can start to feed my family again

I am 10 yrs working w/an atty on a WC case. I feel these people don't spend time in my case...never called me. They say...We make the calls. I just had surgery in my spine.....I called 'em to speak w/'em just b/4 the surgery....they never called me back. I just don't like these people.
