If you’ve ever wondered how to make biscotti at home, you’re in the right place. These almond biscotti are easy to make, with a simple mix of ingredients that you likely already have in your pantry. The result? Crisp, flavorful cookies with the perfect balance of sweetness and a nutty crunch in every bite.
In this video, I’ll walk you through each step of the process, from mixing the dough to achieving that perfect golden brown color. We’ll start by combining all the dry ingredients, then adding the wet ingredients to create a dough that’s rich with the flavor of almonds and a hint of vanilla. The key to getting that classic biscotti texture is in the baking process-first, we’ll bake the dough into logs, then slice and bake the cookies again until they’re perfectly crisp.
One of the great things about biscotti is their versatility.
