Yeah, transitioning helped my cardio a lot. I was actually doing cardio a year before I transitioned with basically no progress. It is one of the things that pushed me to change. Upon transitioning I had immediate dramatic results followed by steady improvement. My interpretation is that I was rather blocked up. Check out the Daily Dozen app for foods to include. Be sure to eat enough. Plant foods require a larger portion size in general to get the same calories. Calorie hunger is basically cravings and you don't need to associate a vegan diet with starvation. Be sure to get some B12.
