For some of these guys told you that you can't hook the ground to the battery they don't know how current flows especially when the battery is so close to the Amp

Bro you didnt show how or where you hooked anything up, it looks like you put far to much time and effort, if you would have installed the amp under the storage you would have far more room in your trunk, my children are grown but as a young father I distinctly remember needing the trunk so much more back then, not now that's why I am hooking up a system. I just am trying to figure out how to piggyback off the stock amplifier in the trunk under the cover on the left side. I hope you are putting as much attention into the motor as well as the stereo. Its your car what I think doesn't matter in the end. Have a good one young man and keep up the good work.

Do not connect your plus to that point since that cable connects to the unit that cuts off your electricity if you crash, had lots off problems with this on my e87 before. The car would lose all electricity like the battery wasn’t even connected so learn from my mistakes and put it on the connector before the main fuses on the battery

First remove oil leaks, then replace belt. Your new belt will be covered in oil in no time and you have to change it again.

Don’t wire the negative to your battery you’ll end up frying a lot of your electrical instead ground it on the top battery bracket screw you will find this to be a much safer place for the ground
